Sgt. Caught “Coaching” Suspect, Lies About Submitting Arrest Warrant (Never Before Seen)

Ойын-сауық

The Video Coverage Of My Trial In Danbury Will Be Released This Week! Stay Tuned, You Won’t Want To Miss It!
Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, I recently was sent this never before scene body camera footage from an anonymous source who told me they received it via a FOIA request. You will be able to watch the full body camera footage in the upcoming video coverage of my trial when released.
Officer Iacobellis was promoted to Sgt. shortly after this incident. As you can see, he is clearly at the very least “helping” Phil with his statement in order to prevent his arrest. We know this because Iacobellis never wrote a warrant for Phil Genussa like he said he was going to, he instead wrote a warrant for MY arrest. For which I am currently on trial. Wonder why that is? Where is the Justice? Phil broke several laws on camera and got away with it. Danbury, Connecticut is one of the most corrupt, tyrannical cities I’ve ever been to. Stay Away! We the People will hold those involved in this violation of rights and retaliation accountable! Please be sure to hit the like button and share! it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

Yup, I live here and the same thing happened to me with domestic violence. The corruption in the Danbury court house runs deep. My abuser should be in prison for years for what he did in almost killing me and I had video and photographic evidence and a 10 page statement and witnessea. 19 charges were dropped including strangulation, false imprisonment, assault in the 2nd degree, endangerment of a child and multiple felony violations of a protection order...among other charges, that a State Trooper submitted for a warrant and States attorney wouldn't sign giving different excuses that made no sense at all. If you saw the video you would be horrified. That State Trooper said it was the biggest case he had ever investigated in his career and he did an honest ethical job investigating and had his supervisors approvsk to submit for the warrant. It was Danbury court that should be held accountable for not folloeing the law but they never will be. I requested the warrant report and received this huge file months later largely reacted with only my statement basically legible. They also dropped the only felony they did charge him with under a disgusting plea bargain (with jail time suspended) behind closed doors with his attorney and the Judge that I wasn't allowed to attend. This man left me with a carotid artery dissection from blunt force trauma among other injuries. He was a no show in Danbury Court SIX times, violated both bail conditions and a protection order multiple times and when they finally issued a warrant bc I begged for that....they never arrested him despite knowing his location. They rolled out the red carpet for my abuser and did not consider the evidence I had that he was lying abt why he missed court. It was a circus and this is why DV victims don't report and end up murdered. A piece of oaoer does not protect you from a serial abuser whonis never held accountable. When a person commits a crime and has no consequences they have no fear of doing the worst things. There is serious abuse of authority in this court system. And coverups. Thank You Sean Reyes for blowing this wide open!

He can't prove the guard did something for personal reasons if it's not in that statement. That statement was "coached" to contain as much detail about the incident as possible and it would have been used against the guard as much as anyone else. The cop chose to turn on his bodycam to get that statement. You are a fool if you think he would have done that just to catch himself committing a crime. Cops can lie to you all day, it's protected by a Supreme Court ruling. I don't expect you to know what's happening, but you should be smart enough to know when you don't know what's happening. And have the common sense to look at what you see in its entirety, and base your opinion on that.

You have the right to get ANY recording (including police camcordings that you were not present for) through a public information act request. They can charge you for making this copy, but it cannot be ridiculously priced. This investigator telling the security guard what to write down, is ridiculous and illegal. It's the equivalent to tampering with evidence. SeanPaul Reyes, YOU"RE THE MAN> GO GO GO

“I can’t write it for you”, then he proceeds to tell him what to write to justify him touching the guy. This right here, is why so many are against police. It’s sad. I get it. There are nuts around, but for those of us who mean no harm, and only want to live by our Constitution, it’s not right. And then he justifies it! Not good.

It's almost like getting successfully sued is like a notch on their belt to them and furthers their career rather than halting it. It's pathetic.

He wasn’t even a cop, just security. There really are some pathetic security guards out there. But I’ve realized, they are only trying to act like a cop. And they are right on the money with copying them.

The coverup is always worse than the crime. Crime can be committed in ignorance or misunderstanding. However a coverup is a conscious decision to willfully lie or deceive.
