Mayor’s Office, Police Department & State’s Attorney Try to Take Away Journalist’s Freedom! Corrupt!

Ойын-сауық

Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, Its been a year since the City & Police Department in Danbury, Connecticut violated my constitutional rights. I am still dealing with the malicious prosecution by the States Attorney Stephen Sedensky, he refuses to drop these unlawful charges. I am currently on the jury trial waiting list, with no trial date in sight. I have retained one of Connecticut’s top trial attorneys Stephen Seeger to represent me at trial. I made this video to remind We the People of the corruption & tyranny in Danbury Connecticut. My freedom is still in jeopardy, if it can happen to me with so many patriots who have my back & spending tens of thousands of dollars in legal fee, it can happen to anyone. I will utilize every legal avenue I have, I will not give up, I will fight for not only my rights but the rights of all patriots! I truly appreciate all of your support it means the world to me! Please be sure to hit the like button and share! it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

I think you have enough proof to show everything to the judge that these were false statements in your arrest. Let's see how far the corruption goes up the chain of courts now. Hope it ends at the first court with the first judge. But will see since he signed off on the arrest and charges. Stay safe, looking forward for more updates and more videos.

@@courtenay8745 I really don't know why I get so upset watching these videos, because all this corruption is nothing new. Government corruption is as American as Apple pie. Judges are no different, they can sway a jury trial by not allowing certain evidence into a case. Don't think for a second that defense attorneys aren't part of the same corruption. Prosecutors and defense attorneys are all friends, they play golf at the club on Saturdays. I'm not saying every one is like this, but favors go back in forth all the time and it's the defendant's life thats being bargained. Not in every case, but minorities, poor people, and people who stand up for their rights (Long Island Audits), are more likely to find themselves in this situation. The United States, even with all the corruption is still the best country in the world, but our judicial system is far from perfect.

THAT would be fitting and proper justice! When THAT punishment becomes the norm, this evil garbage corruption will stop!!!

It was unlawful when it happened and heads need to roll. Get your lawyer to get you a speedy trial, a year is too long for a 'tresspassing charge' to be dismissed. Of course once dismissed the lawsuit ensues that's why they are dragging their feet. With the footage I saw you have an open and shut case. More than that... I want to see heads roll. The City attorney (he can't tell the difference between policy and law), the President of the Union (that arrested you while showing off to the city attorney), the cop that said years ago you'd be dead, and he'll do it, and the first cop at the library who acted childish... no... make that ALL cops at the library who snickered at your rights, including the sargent who said you'd be arrested if you didn't leave the library and FINALLY... that dumb ass security guard that has wet dreams about being Steven Seagal.

The security guard was wrong and should be charged. However, security can 100% touch you at least in CA. Its store policy that usually prevents them from doing it. Security guards have the same power as the property owner. They are basically an agent to the owner. Not sure how a public building works but I imagine its similar. They can put you in hand cuffs and hand you over to police (citizens arrest) which believe it or not might require touching somebody. All that being said assault is assault. Of coarse they laugh, they have no accountability. They do whatever the hell they want to. Most police officers are nothing by tyrants, they go into law enforcement because they are ego driven punks.

It is more nuanced than that. The authorized caretakers of a public building can trespass someone from the building if the suspect does not follow the official policy that is in effect. However, the policy MUST NOT BE UNLAWFUL for it to be enforceable. A policy that abridges the freedom of the press is definitely NOT lawful since it violates the 1st amendment of the Constitution. Consequently, the policy is unlawful and unenforceable. I'm not sure why the attorney cannot understand that a policy that abridges freedom of press is unlawful.
