Cop's Unlimited Patience Runs Out When She Does This

Ойын-сауық

Some individuals are so used to getting their way that they may believe they are
immune from the law. However, what happens when these individuals are confronted
with the most severe reminder of the truth? Here are six instances in which the cop's
boundless tolerance is exhausted when she acts in this manner.

    I think there was a level of concern there for her too. The witness even said she was talking nonsense and wasn’t all there. I would have called police for them to do some kind of welfare check and would not have pressed charges either if I wasn’t truly injured.

    @@TootsiePop85 That's how you enable this kind of behavior, the fact you WAIT until SOMEONE GETS HURT. You pursue charges on this person because you want to keep her away from innocent people and also for her own safety so that she can be detained. Provided this city's mental health system works, she should be getting a mental health evaluation from the courts. Stop this soft on crime nonsense, she's just gonna screw off and hurt someone else now, so this obviously young and not very worldly young lady's "concern" resulted in the taxpayer's money and the cops' time being wasted.

  • @ElJefe3126

    @ElJefe3126

    It took me about 20 minutes to look up the relevant law. Under most circumstances, when police come to your door, they have about the same rights and powers as a girl scout selling cookies. It is NOT trespassing if they come and knock on your door, it BECOMES trespassing if you ask them to leave and they have no legitimate reason to stay. In this case, there was an ongoing noise violation. Although this does not fall under the classic four factors analysis of exigent circumstances (hot pursuit, destruction of evidence, protection of life, protection of property), courts have ruled that it does constitute exigent circumstances in the same way an offensive odor would...something that illegally disturbs the peace and other's enjoyment of their property. If you close the door and do not answer their knocks, they CAN break the door down to turn down your stereo (and arrest you if the noise ordinance is a criminal offense in that jurisdiction). As a practical matter, most police will politely ask you to turn it down and suggest that you could be headed for a ride downtown if they have to return that same night to address a noise complaint. At worst, they will lead with, "Do you want to go to jail tonight? Then TURN IT DOWN!". Either way, the situation is resolved. In many (not all!) departments, it is standard policy for police to identify themselves (name and badge number) when asked, circumstances permitting. Depending on the situation, you MIGHT get a cop in trouble with his department if he repeatedly refuses to identify himself. Under no circumstances is his failure to ID as anything other than "Police!" a get out of jail free card. The real purpose of LEO identification is to aid civil suits. Your lawyer can simply write up in a plea, "Officer Smith, Corporal Jones, and an unidentified officer, badge # 5047 assaulted Mr. Johnson without lawful purpose at 7:15 pm..." But failing to ID doesn't completely preclude a civil suit: "Two unidentified officers of the Sherman PD assaulted Mr. Johnson without lawful purpose at 7:15 pm..." If something gets as far as a courtroom, courts can compel PDs to provide records such as shift reports, etc. to identify people. I appreciate what's going on with the flashlights. Police need to see at night, they don't need to intentionally blind people and obscure cameras in phones and other devices. While technically legal, it's unnecessarily rude and antagonistic, and poor police work in general. I get that it's "cool" to be equally rude back to rude cops sometimes, but in this case, I don't see where the officer's actions necessitated such a rude response. My take is that everyone, police and citizens alike, should abide by the same rules: Give respect, get respect. Don't give respect, don't expect any back.

    I honestly don't understand the point of screaming STOP RESISTING to an individual who has proven to not be all there mentally. Are they under the influence of something? Has their blood sugar crashed? I've heard so many stories of people who look and seem intoxicated when in fact they're having a medical emergency, that I get so uncomfortable watching cops just question and question and question somebody who clearly needs to be checked out. Reminds me of the interrogation I watched where the cops kept badgering this guy (for hours mind you) and telling him he's lying and his story isn't making sense and he's faking it when in fact he had an active brain bleed from a gunshot wound in the head and they wouldn't believe him when he said his head hurt. Guy was completely innocent by the way. Get people checked out! Yeah, 9 times out of 10 it's probably drugs but man, you don't want to miss somebody having a legitimate medical emergency, and wasting time asking stupid questions to somebody who is impaired really isn't helping.

    Regan did a *HUGE DISSERVICE,* for the country when he shut down all of the mental health institutions!!! Overnight, the problems grew & they've become increasingly more difficult & dangerous. Not just for the ones who deal with mental health issues but for the rest of us! I helped a woman yesterday afternoon who started having a meltdown in the grocery store. We're a small town, where everybody knows everybody and everything about you. I'm a CRNP & was paged to the front of the store when she started freaking out. Most people kept going about their business but I knew I had to help her. We'd never seen her before. I called the EMS over & even road back down to the hospital to help her out there. I checked on her tonight before I left. She's doing much better!!

    It’s interesting how women that are committing a crime and fighting the police say “I’m a girl” ‘I’m little” ‘you’re hurting me”. Boohoo. STOP BREAKING THE LAW!!!!

    That’s why people get away with crimes. Everyone calls the cops, then doesn’t follow through! If you’re not going to do anything about it,don’t waste the officials time!

    “Give me your badge and name number bro!” That’s a specimen of intelligence right there. It sounds like he’d spell ‘of’ as “OV” and wonder why people were laughing at him. “I am a lawyer!” Um no…Watching videos on KZread does not a lawyer make! When Orlando threatened the cop with the lawyer I so wanted the officer to be like “but I thought you said YOU were a lawyer “BRO?” Why is it that people cannot handle even the slightest amount of discomfort without screaming like a banshee like they are being tortured? Yeah…handcuffs aren’t meant for comfort. If you don’t want to wear them maybe don’t commit crimes? I didn’t think it was that hard of a concept. Also why do they always scream about not resisting while they’re ACTIVELY resisting? The irony is kind of hilarious. They put the “moron” in oxymoron.

    Do you mean devynn? In another video she was found by the police sleeping in a car and she got peed off with their flashlight. She was very 'sleepy' in that video and she had to be dragged from the car. She's much livelier and more talkative in this clip of her lol
