No, I understand why the husband behaved the way he did. I myself was in a situation like that previously :( My step mom was very mentally and physically abusive with my dad, and he was basically manipulated (all of us were but he was the most) into thinking that he needed her and stuff. She held a lot of power over him, but, luckily, we managed to get out after two years. It’s obvious to me that that poor family is being abused and manipulated :( I truly feel so sorry for them, and hope they escape that situation as soon as they can

Also, she made the reservation through priceline, so ofcourse she would have to change that, the hotel wouldn't be in charge of that, and they wouldn't be allowed to edit her stay, she has to do it. I've worked at a hotel, and when people don't make their reservation through the hotel, the hotel cannot change that reservation.
