Great insight gentlemen , Chef is like an alltime great power back ie : Earl Campbell that is easy to forget till you watch the highlights ! As far as all time Wu projects ...Purple Tape and Liquid Swords is a photo finish for me .

Love Rae but you can’t make this argument, even with him having one of the best albums in Hip Hop history. But Let’s Keep It Real, Purple Tape had crazy features and some outshined him. And if we’re going strictly MC’ing than you gotta have Rakim, Nas, Big, Black Thought, Busta Rhymes, GZA, Ghostface, 3 Stackz, Kendrick, Eminem ahead of him

Rae even sets off the, Ironman album, instead of Ghost. That’s a major point to highlight as well. He sets the tone for Ghost’s debut album, and to me, it’s because of what Ghost once said himself, he studies Rae’s style & flow, to make himself better. And this is coming from someone who has Ghost as my favorite emcee in Wu-Tang. Rae was the supreme lyricist in the Wu, in the early to mid 90s, as far as the emcee caliber & volume of work he put out (as a group member, solo artist & as a featured artist), just like Coop stated. ✌🏾#StudentOfTheWu
