The fact he shows copyrighted pictures, copyrighted articles and copyrighted websites to prove you can't use copyrighted material to make a youtube video is a level of irony I've never seen before,. Yet again this man has unintentionally created comedy gold.

@kipskip_ He couldn't flag it anyway because he doesn't own the video, 99Designs does. He showed their website in a video that he then monetized by trying to sell his DVDs. So by his own logic, he never owned the video to begin with and he copyright infringed on their property. But to use real life logic, they might actually have some sort of case since he showed that page in its entirety and it wasn't new or transformative and it could theoretically be used as a replacement of the website instead of going to that page. A very loose argument but it makes a lot more sense than his does

Nah, the bullying was the spurious copyright strike. Honestly I would have probably supported the Cool Cat brand (albeit ironically) if he had responded to negative criticism in the way that is appropriate for a grown adult. If you attempt to make a copyright claim against someone simply because you're buttmad they didn't like your film, that's childish, but even after - the fact that this guy impersonated a law firm for another film in an attempt to get the negative review taken away shows the level of ego and sliminess behind this guy. Printer? JVC doesn’t make printers, that’s a camcorder. And he has the right to sell his creation for however much he wants, as an artist can also. It just isn’t worth that much in my eyes, like at all and poor sales should make clear to him that.
