(I know, I'm pretty late here, but still.) Is it just me, or does this guy somehow seems like a big...child? Y'know, naive, somewhat innocent, oblivious to a fault, can't realize his own mistakes, throws a fit over something he clearly doesn't understand (even though he believes otherwise). I might be wrong here, but this guy seems pretty childish and immature in just all the wrong ways. Like some kinda sheltered, spoiled brat who doesn't really know how the outside world works, and thus fails a ton because of that ignorance. Again, could be wrong here, but that's how I think Derek was acting here. Hell, even Adum said something similar about the tone of his film, saying it had a weird innocense to it. So who knows, maybe Derek really is that way.

I will agree 100% don't watch the movie. It is ironic that a childish adult created a movie about anti-cyber bullying, yet he cyber bullies IHE, YMS, Bobsheaux, Josiah Clark, and other reviewers. You would know a lot about infringing.

Go to 99 Designs and look at the article he shows. In the _Cariou v Prince_ case he shows he has to specifically crop out the bottom portion of that section of the article because it reads, quote: "Update 4/25/13: Not two weeks after this article was published, the original decision in this case was overturned and the judge ruled in favor of Prince for the majority of works in dispute, claiming that Prince's work transformed the work in a way that it was aesthetically different, and thus acceptable under the argument of fair use." So Mr. Savage's own examples included one where it was found to be Fair Use and he just cropped out that inconvenient detail.

+Shadowknightmare Ah geez, don't compare all Internet Explorer users to Derek Savage. Sure, Chrome is good on new computers, but it sucks if you're saving money and using an older computer. Until 1 1/2 years ago I used a laptop made from 2003-2005. I tested the difference between those browsers on there. IE loaded a KZread video in under a minute. Chrome took 17 minutes to load the same video's page, the audio skipped and the framerate was awful throughout (even at 144p). Comment on the fact he was recording his screen with an actual camera instead. That's a legitimately unprofessional thing to do, whereas using IE is looked down upon by people who've never had to make do with old technology.

Unfunny Dilbert 1876 Can't say off-hand since his tweets are now protected, but as best as I can make out he had a bit of back-and-forth with YMS and Adam gave him some constructive criticism which Derek took on board, altering CCStK for its next release. For example the guy in the background who walks out of his house and then backs away is removed and Cool Cat now looks both ways when he crosses the road while chasing the bully.
