Im pretty sure he was walking out of the house Cool Cat 'lives' in. If you look close, I think you can see the 'office' stuff on the lawn, and i think the same outdoor decorations as the house does. So it was probably a production staff, or a friend of Derek's, or even the people that actualy live there (Since Derek was borrowing the house from a friend)

Everyone here is making a very good point, but I would also like to mention that it's also possible that the bully wants to get a reaction out of you, and getting mad is more likely to worsen the problem. They know you'll get angry, and that motivates them to keep going, because they enjoy that kind of reaction. I, like so many others here, am unfortunately speaking from experience. By the way, this movie blows. I watched it. NEVER AGAIN.

Yep. It's the same thing as those anti bullying seminars they show in school all the time. They just don't work. In a lot of ways, bullying is something that can't be stopped. I was bullied from elementary school to the end of middle school, and once we got to high school, the people who treated me that way DID stop on their own, but in the way where they just pretended that nothing had ever happened. No apology or anything.

I have a theory about the "No Soliciting" sign. Having originally assumed that the house was Derek Savage's own home, I now suspect that the location for Cool Cat's home might be a show home for that hideously bland suburban estate Cool Cat and his chums apparently live in... Which, sort of leads to the suspicion that, in-universe, Cool Cat, his "Mom" (as you Americans insist on having it) and Daddy Derek are not only furries, but living there illegally as well. It does explain why no one's bothered to landscape the backyard and the lack of art direction in Cool Cat's bedroom.

Important thing to point out. Yes, it's weird that there's an implication that Daddy Derek fucked a 6' tall cat monster. In Derek’s defense he wrote and envisioned Cool Cat to have feline parents. But since this movie was so low budget they obviously couldn’t have had two fursuits made, and used “split screen” to make Mama Cat and Cool Cat appear in the same frame. Still creepy none the less for Derek to step in as the father role and be married to a fucking cat.

The "bully" is the best actor in this entire movie, holy shit.

Good to see your review back! About Derek being the father *AND* creator... The only thing I can think about is that this is just like *Christian Weston Chandler* and *Sonichu*. Christian was at the same time *father* of Sonichu, *creator* of Sonichu and his bizarre world and also plays a *character* inside of the comics (A very intrusive and mary sue-y mayor of CwCville). Here, Derek is the *father* of Cool Cat, it tries to make us know that he is the *creator* of Cool Cat and his "universe", but he also has an important role in the movie. A smaller part compared to Christian's, of course, but it's there more than necessary anyways and he still needed to call himself *Daddy* Derek so people wouldn't forget. So yeah, both are parents, both are creators, both break the fourth wall to say how great they are... And both are rather creepy. Oh, and both can't take criticism, as it triggers them to become very hostile and try everything to remove that "crap from teh internet", going so far as to lecture others how things work in their points of view, even if they are just simply wrong. A few details, I guess.

What... This is a REAL movie....that REALLY exists....that people can pay REAL money to watch....right....?

This 'movie' is actually live action adaptations of Dereck's books. That would explain why in the Hollywood parade, Cool Cat is reffered to as a character rather than an actual person.

So Cool Cat Saves the Kids' plot is so poorly written that I'm actually interested in that Trolley the Trout story. Why does Trolley have the desire to make everyone his friend? Will Trolley make that last one a friend? What kind of epic journies and perilous adventures will Trolley's seemingly endless quest for friendship take him? Seriously, this deserves to be a movie more than the actual movie itself!

He gingerly unclothes me, the whole time singing his hit single, "Cool Cat Loves To Rock." Then, Before entering me, he proclaims, "I love babies!" Seriously, this is one of your best reviews! The intro about saying hello to every inanimate object, the Swedish Chef sing-along, What What in the Butt. I was near crying in laughter at this.

"I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT I HAVE A PARTICULAR SET OF SKILLS!" Okay, that's the most I've ever laughed at one of your reviews. This movie....this MOOOOOOVIIIIIIIE. This is basically Birdemic for kids; bad filming, shitty edits, self-inserts from the maker/writer/director.....but with TWO giant furry orange cats. And so many things still need to be explained, mostly how Daddy Derek even got Cool Cat in that stupid parade anyway. Also, *BUTCH DID NOTHING WRONG*

How is it that a human male ever got together with a female cat? How high or drunk did he have to be for that to happen? And how does the offspring of a human male and a female cat not result in a cat-human hybrid abomination? It's like that episode of Family Guy where Brian met his human son, who somehow didn't inherit any of his father's genes like in most living things? Also his first name is "Cool"? Again was his father high? And wouldn't it be cooler if Cool actually took his father's last name and be called Cool Savage, which IMO is a much more cool name that Cool Cat.

You probably won't end up seeing this but wow, I can't almost 6 years from now, this is (I think) the first video I seen from you, So many nostalgic memories locking at these thumbnails, the videos and especially this intro, I remember the day I got super excited when you replied to a comment of mines. klimmr3021 so was Derek's "fair use" video, which got struck down by JVC.

Alright I've been doing some digging. When you go to Savage's website(don't go there actually I found tons of spyware I detected on it his site is so poorly set up) you will find a series of quotes, unreferenced of course, from several well known producers including Bill Melendez the creator of the Peanuts cartoons. The thing is the only sources I can find are all thing published by Derek Savage. This quickly becomes very suspect. Where did these quotes come from and how is Derek able to reference them if copywrite works like he thinks it does? I've found the sales listing for Cool Cat books was abysmal at best before the appearance in the parade and the reviews he ruthlessly took down. He wasn't really selling anything before the YMS review as far as I can tell. Here is the thing. He must have paid for a spot for him and his character on the 2011 Hollywood Christmas Parade. That is the only explanation for how his completely obscure character got in at all. Also it ends up that Cool Cat Saves the Kids is actually a combination of 3 other 'films' released by Savage, Cool Cat Stops Bullying(2012), Cool Cat in the Hollywood Parade(2012), and Cool Cat Finds a Gun(2013). So not only is Derek a scumbag that can't take criticism he is also incredibly LAZY!!!!!!!

Bill Melendez has also been dead for years, so apparently Savage expects us to believe that he praised Cool Cat from beyond the grave.

The guy at 7:38 is still the BEST character in the whole movie.

During the musical number, he actually started singing in spanish, He was saying something about dancing and playing the guitar.

Are you just going to skip over how Cool Cat invites the kids to his "funhouse?" Jesus, that's more disturbing than the Mrs Cat character.

Bullying, a parade, a writing contest, gun safety, Eric Estrada? It feels like Derek Savage had several different scripts he simply lumped together. Probably because of budget issues. Cool Cats head doesn't even has lip movement wich is kinda unnerving to me. Like is he an velintriloquist or what? The basic idea of an anthro cat boy teaching kids stuff seems harmless enough but the execution is terrible beyond belief. I'd suggest Mr. Savage to revise the scripts massively and maybe hire an producer and co writer if he wants to continue making these movies since he seems to be in way over his head with this.

At 7:37 in the video, a guy walked out of his house, saw a grown man in a cat suit yelling at two children, and slowly backed away back into his house.

I'm POSITIVE this movie was meant as a joke. On both IMDb and Amazon all the reviews are 5 star- no way in HELL was this movie meant to be taken seriously. If it was.... I honest to God got nothing. This is just unadulterated, horrific insanity that makes absolutely no sense.

It's finally back up! YES! Bobsheaux's the best around Nothing's ever gonna keep him down

The fact Butch said "Maria has pretty hair, so I'll text that it's ugly" 1-dimensional stuff aside, he seemed to have a bit of a crush on Maria, but gets jealous when she is with someone who has a high reputation than he has and doesn't know what to do about it

you know the more I think about it the title "Cool Cat Stops Bullying" sounds more like Cool Cat stops being a bully rather than stopping one.
