like stevia or other natural, yes? Please please cut out the aspartame and others, they have been proved cancerous since the 1970's...! And still sold, somehow. Stevia, for instance, is good for us on many levels, including w immune system...monkfruit, birch sugar, there are many...

Powdered Swerve would be perfect

Since you are only using the zest of the oranges you could make other flavors with other citrus zest, like lemon, lime, even grapefruit! Cool recipe, Thanks!

Written Recipe from what was done in video: Ingredients: * 250g ground almonds * 80 g icing/powdered sugar (½ cup + 1 tbsp) * Zest of 2 oranges * 2 egg whites Directions 1. Combine ground almonds and sugar. 2. Add zest of oranges and mix evenly. 3. Add egg whites and first mix in with spoon then with hands until well mixed. 4. Form into small balls and roll each in powdered sugar. 5. Flatten each ball and place on cookie sheet. 6. Bake at 180°F (350°C) for 12 minutes. 7. Remove and let cool.
