60g unrefined sugar (¼ cup)
350 g Greek yogurt (1 + 1/4 cup)

Ok made this last night. Beautifully filmed, easy to follow recipe/tutorial, and I learnt new techniques to whip whites and yolks I can perhaps use for other recipes. But this is not lemon cake. It's a time-consuming, expensive (electricity) way to make a lemon-tinged baked omelette served cold. I had to stop the top burning by covering with foil. Sorry, not what I expected, although should've realized since it is just eggs :- ).
I can't wait to try this for my younger daughter's rapidly approaching birthday; she LOVES any lemon-flavored dessert! Merci beaucoup!
