All i have to say is thank God for ify, chei...alot of women can breathe a sigh of relief. Four soups. Praise the Lord o somebody!!!!

Ify there is a draw soup in my place called ÒròÈgbé. The base/stock is precooked with just dry fish or any protein mix of your choice, spices, and lots of roughly ground pepper. All that's required to serve is just warm up the base/stock, pick out the protein, beat in the dry powdered ÒròÈgbé and you're ready to serve. It's a pure native delicacy 😋😋😋

When ready it looks similar to Ewedu but definitely not Ewedu, and I'd a darker shade too. The signature taste is our native okpehie 😋

My mom is a restaurant owner and she does this all the time. Most time she makes Ofe Ugwu as the kast soup or Ofe Okazi (Igbo own). So happy to see you make the same recipe beautifully. Can't love you less, Ma'am
