Even without the price of tomato this is how I made my stew most sweetest food ever 😋😋😋

My brother tried it and i must say i didn't know until he told me,i was thinking it was another type of tomatoes.

What trips me the most is that moment I am waiting for her to tell us how it tastes and then she beats her head 🤣 Definitely trying this. I wish I had known sooner that I could use cucumber. Thanks, Ify for sharing

When I was a little girl my late sister normally cook Stew with ripe pawpaw especially during the scarcity of fresh tomatoes. If you were not told you would never know that it isn't 🍅.

Just made and ate this!! It’s so good!!!🔥🔥 I made it with Chicken too and I say it’s a great choice. Also, drinking the Juice is super refreshing and it extends to the Stew too! Light and refreshing 🎉🎉 God bless Gaz and everyone else for pushing this out there to get us interested

@@06van basic chemistry isn't hard bro. The alkalinity literally doesn't make it past that stomach acid... And are you trying to say acid reflux is caused by eating non alkaline foods? Cos if you are, I will advise you to take basic biology class

Dear Ify kitchen, I tried the cucumber stew, and to my greatest surprise it was amazing, those who saw and tasted it didn't believe I used cucumber.

Tomatoes are expensive in Ghana too. Thanks for this recipe. We pray price of cucumbers don't escalate too.😢

Chef Ify, it's extremely easy to take out the seeds with a spoon in one swoop. Also, you can pour the ground cucumber in a clean cheese cloth and squeeze out the juice, less mess, less work. Cucumbers are very low calorie and good for hydration.

Your reactions to meals when tasting them are just the best like they literally make me to want to try out every meal you make 😊😊

If it shoots up tomatoes will suffer and shoot down,then we fall unto tomatoes, if it goes up again,we face cucumbers again. Make we dey play them😂

Yeah I made it last Sunday and the kids and everyone at home enjoyed it. I just removed the cucumber seeds but left the backs coz the cucumber wasn't bitter.

U don't have to waste the cucumber skin peels & seeds. U can blend them into a smoothie & drink. This is plenty work Sha esp for large families buh tryable someday soon.

I Ify good you're broadcasting this. Its good for people to start going towards plant based food. Tomato is also.a veggie though and it contains antioxidants.
