Ginger.
Salt.
Olive oil.

Овощи надо чистить, срезать весь мусор,хорошо промыть, а потом запускать в блюдо не понимаю каждый у кого есть камера на сегодняшний день становится поваром, куленаром и профессиональным, только надо стереть от последнего слова первые 8 букв, и принять такого ,,маэстро" ,пусть каждый занимается своим ремеслом.

Интересны все детали. И все так спокойно и приятно. Релакс - рецепт!!! Я готовила так рис на сковороде, но без яиц. Попробую теперь по вашему рецепту и с овощами. Захотелось сделать прямо сейчас. У меня дома были рис и яйца, одна морковь нашлась, а красного лука, сладкого перца, фасоли, горошка и, тем более кукурузой, увы, но рис уже жарили, а яйца были разбиты....
