This focused lessons are gold for some of us. There is just no way to learn this things by yourself, and sometimes there is no one to ask. The basis are sure covered in hundreds of videos, but this bits are just awesome. I have actually avoided logs as pest by raw fear of injury, but I will sure start working on it now. Thanks a lot!
Bro took one for the team. Brilliant. At first i had trouble understanding some of his techniques but the more i get habitual and try to learn, the more I learn that his stuff is really good! Brilliant
One minute in and I'm loving it. Taking one for the team was brilliant. Kkkkkkkk. Brilliant lesson, mate.

All of Adam's content is golden!! Love it!
The down to earth content, no nonsense narration, always great vantage points and overall extra effort taken to make these videos is appreciated.
1:17 - Man you're such a good stuntman pulling that off
no super-loud edm beat, just 2t noises and solid information
Again great narrative...and showing what NOT to do is priceless and 1000% more useful than the millions video we can check . Thanks
Another ripper Adam! The timing of the pop, burst and roll combination is my next objective.
Can't believe you really drop the husky, to give the best understanding 😮
I was out riding today and hit an old overgrown trail with lots of fallen trees. I used the method of do nothing and hope for the best...haha.
This advise is something that I’ve done for decades and don’t really think about it. It kind of cool to hear the explanation and told very well. Good job sir. 👍🏻
In order to become better riders, we have to practice the things that we are not good at.... things that take us out of our comfort zone. Adam, you have a special talent for riding, teaching, and explaining things as you do them.
That is great. That Husky is a gem
Clear , concise, in plain english. Thankyou for your Efforts Adam. One of the best channels on KZread. One never stops learning, You are a natural teacher Brother. This here is practical motorcycling.
From South Korea, we appreciate your efforts, so realistic and so helpful. keep up the good work
Your methods of teaching are so simple but yet so vital in such riding situations. Keep these going. Should do alot more targeting other areas. These are great
1st 15 seconds and you know this is a seriously good video
Might be rudimentary to you, but these videos are incredibly helpful for me! Thanks!
FWIW - many of the techniques are familiar from the days that I rode observed trials with the local club. Some viewers may or may not have had the opportunity to ride trials, or experience what a trials motorcycle feels like. Firm believer, that a trials bike geometry makes difficult things easier. One would have to feel it, to understand it. However...... that being said, I am so madly in love with that TE300 - too cool for words
🏍️💨 Love my te300i! I thank you every video and will continue to do so because I truly appreciate you taking the time to try and help us not only enjoy riding more by improving but of course keeping us safer in many circumstances. Cheers Adam!
Gday Adam, I’m picking up my new WR250 from my local shop this week. Haven’t been on a bike since my teens and at 55 I have it all to learn. I’ve been soaking up your vids like a sponge for a couple of years and wanted to get into a bike again since your series on the WR’s. Looking forward to some weekends with Johnno at W.A.R.P, a lot of advice and some great days out around the South Coast. Can’t wait! Cheers mate 🍻
Brother, I've learned so much from you. Many thanks, please keep it coming.
Simplicity is the hardest to achieve. Every video on this channel, including this video, is simple to grasp. Harder to perform, of course. Very helpful to show the full example of wrong way. That is exactly my experience. I hate when it happens. It’s still helpful to show it in the context of the right way. It tells me to keep at it.
Oh my goodness! Thank you for breaking it down. Next log is going to be afraid of me instead of me being afraid of it!!! Thank you

Haha, great comment.
Hey man, just want to let you know you are an inspiration! Keep up the good work!
Great bloody video. It's hard to show it wrong when you're good at doing it right 👍. Thanks.
Keep it up mate, we love the honest approach.
Hi Adam, thanks for another great video. I think slippery logs at an angle have been my biggest undoing on mountain bikes and motorbikes over the years. The best success I’ve had with big logs on a motorbike is when they come up quickly and I haven’t had time to overthink getting over. Thanks for the great tips. 🇦🇺

that's so true. it's the ones you stress over that get you
nailed that last one.
After all these years of riding I don't think too much about log crossing.... Thanks, now I probably will and you're going to completely mess me up 😂🤣
Makes me wanna buy a dirtbike again! ASMR!
Lovely effort and coaching...from an ex instructor. p.s love you pj s
Познавательные примеры исполнения 👍
Fantastic. I've never heard someone explain the rear tire action over a wet log as you did.
Adam, you’re always taking one for the team. Thank you buddy.
Just awesome. Please keep these coming.
Great video! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Looked like trials! And you plenty of firewood! Best!
Mate, seriously, these videos are absolutely the best. Compartmentalizing the key skills. So valuable. Thank you!!
There bloody everywhere here in taz we saw them outa the way when needed but having the skills you showed can keep the ride alive for sure mate great vid as always cheers
Another first class vid Adam - cheers!
Good episode. That's how I tore my ACL & MCL. Of course I may have been doing it incorrectly.
Good Stuff!
This bloke has made me such a better ride I do this type stuff on my drz400e it’s my first dirt bike I’ve had it 12months an I keep up wth mates on 450s 300s an it’s all from Adam the legendary A1reimenn
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series (as a novice rider coming back) while I wait to pick up my new bike (KTM 300XC-W) next weekend. I can't tell you how excited I am watching these vids while waiting to get back on a dirt bike after years without owning one. Thanks for the lessons 👍
Love this series! Thankyou!
Loving the videos here in the uk. Been riding 4 years now so pretty new to the sport & learned a lot from you with the simple explanations. Top man 👍👍
Buddy, you are such a legend. Love your weekly vids.
Cool vid, and thanks for taking one for the team. Proper translation for my head
There's something to learn in this for new adv riders. I love and appreciate your work Adam. If you haven't done a lesson on clutch control, could you do one please? The context is step, rocky climbs with obstacles like water bars.
Quickly becoming one of my fave channels. Gives me a lot to practice on even the easiest toads and trails. Thanks!
Excellent demonstration 👍
Nice! Thanks for the knowledge!
I am so greatfull for the past 3 videos as they helped me and my son so much, even after riding for about 15 years, these were the best tips for the things that i strugle with that i have ever seen. Thank you so much Adam.
Thanks for sharing these techniques. Great series
@ARiemann1 would u ever consider sharing ur Comp. and Rebound Clicks for the T7? Recently got one and I have about the same weight as you. It'd be awesome to have a point of reference to go from. I know you made a video about suspension before and mentioned you don't wanna get into the specifics of it, but actually a video on it from you would be "my dream". Your stuff is always heaps more understandable than from others and I'd love to get your take on how to "feel" if comp or rebound is either too hard or soft. There has got to be some sort of relatable indicator on how it "feels right".
Great stuff. Thanks as always.
Awesome vid as always mate! Keep it going, your knowledge is invaluable in this space :) Thank you!
Another awesome video mate. Thanks you
Thanks for the video. A very valuable lesson for me who want to start off road
So good man, please keep on teaching. Your ability to talk out the moves as your doing it is brilliant, and hearing the throttle and watching the reaction of the bike is full of valuable information. A clutch hand cam, like one of those little Insta 360s, would add a lot for for me if displayed Picture in Picture. Thank you for your great content, you are entertaining as well!
Excellent advice backed up with real skills in real conditions. Thank you Adam!
The most important lesson here is "Don't half ass it!" Almost every situation I've gotten myself into whether on the trail or the track was a result of half assing it. When you're stuck on that log, you may tell yourself and your buddies it was because the log was too greasy, but deep down, you know.
Thank you ,Straight forward .life lessons to keep in your tool box sort of speak as simon peavy says.
Thanks Adam, heading out in to the forest tomorrow on my 2009 Husky TE310 and a mates WR450. I will get some practice in on some logs. And thanks for taking a spill for training purposes. Good video editing to show the bike/rider position several times. Well done.
Again great content and delivery, thanks heaps Adam these tips and techniques are so valuable for all Great work Thanks Dave
Thanks for the vids. Your demeanour and teaching technique is great. Always,I get a lot out of your videos,,,
Again, I would be grateful for a video about how to control the throttle while riding off-road without any sort of "whiskey throttle" moments :) I still have them over bumps.
Great tips. Cheers
Good info. Any different approach if you're riding a bigger adventure bike?
Your a good man Adam keep it up
Thank you. That was great.
Taking one for the team...You make great videos, Adam!
Sweet video Bro, im just begining to try and pop my front wheel and this vid is super helpful thanks! keep sending it and stay strong
Good how-to on these. I fit somewhere in the middle of the group this is aimed at, ive gotten pretty comfortable with logs up to front axle height, but I encounter enough bigger ones i need to work myself up more, getting my survival instincts out of the way so muscle memory can take over has always been the hardest part.
Good one mate! Will see how we go on my old bmw 650gs, she loves a bit of Offroad but haven’t gone full enduro yet
Awesome job Adam 🙂🤙
These tips are golden. Thank you!
Great advice Adam I have been gaining confidence jumping large logs but that all changed with my last attempt, the bike did get over the log and so did I but only after going over the handle bars. At first I thought I had broken both my wrists but luckily only sprained. I know where it went wrong, I was trying to use speed to get me over Your advice would have been nice a few weeks ago 😂
Thanks for all your efforts. Entertaining as well as instructive. I have many things to learn from you. All the best, Günter/Nürnberg
Good teaching, thanks, I need it.
I like your videos and I learn
Great stuff
Mate how many times I've kept that throttle on thinking I'm helping to ride across that log and ended up doing the sideways slide, prep early and shut it down. Its so counterintuitive! I still screw it 50% of the time. I like how you admitted some panic throttle.
I’m only on a 65 and I do it the exact same Aussie enduro for life
Was waiting for it 🤩
You are the best. Best wishes
great video mate enjoyed it.
Great instructional video, keep em coming 🙂
2:15 that's exactly how I dropped my bike running over a small metal water pipe running diagonally out of nowhere over a wet grassland, going downhill.. Took the fall a day before and I'm seeing this video today.. Talk about timing.
Excellent content
Took one for the team! That must have taken all your self control to take an intentional digger!!
Super good stuff , thank you!
great thank you!
Great videos. ❤
Great video, well explained, thanks
Thank you Sir
Love your stuff. Good job keep it up.
You are a good man
Good stuff man! Def helpful.
Awesome video lesson. Love it! Thanks for taking the time and effort to put together these videos. It looks simpler than it is. Unfortunately, I broke a shoulder ligament while exercising this technique with a minuscule log. Whisky throttle :) Can’t wait to get back in shape and continue where I left. Cheers!

Haha, reminds me of when I was a kid on my yz80 and tried to ride over a football like a log..messed up my collarbone with that stunt..
