I can understand the owners frustration with not getting payment but on the other hand was he somewhat negligent with repairs? Years ago being a renter there are some slumlords out there wanting their money but not willing to spend it cause well....they don't have to live in it. as soon as they cant come up with the rent you are suddenly a slumlord.....that is why i have every single work order they want done signed and dated by the tenant when its done....yearly inspections also.

I noticed you mentioned having a hard time replacing smaller windows due to stores not having them in stock. I would look into window repair companies near your area. I work for an escape window manufacturing company and we often take in and repair broken windows. We charge $55 minimum for an average sized window. At that price you’re already saving half the money for a brand new window, if not more.

On the original video it showed the place when they left and it was so so nasty!! No electricity besides the electric they was stealing off the apartment upstairs from them but the place was a complete dump I mean disgusting!! I don't see how they even had kids and state didn't take them honestly cause that place was completely unsanitary for even animals to live in!
