Every National Federation " except " the Usa , pay both their mens and womens team an equal ' game fee ' or appearance fee , when they play for their country. In England it is £2000. In a low ranked country it might be £200. Because the Usa is weird, they do not pay a set game fee to their National Teams. America , go figure.

no, a game has to finish with a goal: so Como only needs one more goal to win after 40 mins of play while the USW would need 7 goals before Como scores one.

But as they put the same effort in their football play and sometimes more (how many men do you know playing professionally and still have to work in another job?) the discussion of equal pay has more foundation than the ordinary male football fan thinks. I want to remember that these guys at como just finished their hardworking season in the Italians serie B, like thr others men club teams, so while the best women national team in the world were playing like crazy, they are in total summer mod3, so friendly light played matches. One other thing in Italian we think that if you continue and try to score when you already winning with a large margin, you are trying to humiliate your adversaries, the total opposite of the northern european mentality where is worse to stop to play. So.... and they want the same pay of the men national players.... come on....
