Buy a bed from a truck conversation company they already come painted in the correct color can probably buy the whole bed for about 1k and itll be complete just gotta swap them over very easy fix then just find a wheel to match

That "Little Red Corvette" would be a nice halo car for your lot to bring in the shoppers.
6 underground with Ryan Reynolds is the movie with the green Alfa
favorite shows are always the auctions days. who knew Papa AL had such skills with the ax throws. love to see a financial break down side bar on the before and after on the new pickup project. cost , time vs actual profit would be fun to see. Love your videos , keep the wheels flying
The fact that you found a 335 unmodified is a miracle. Every single one I ever see has been beat to hell and has way too many crappy mods. Great buy!
I love this series. I’m going to be sad once the Ferrari flip videos are over. The 5.0 is the 5 slow. I’d still take one!

Yeah I bought my dad's old 98 Explorer Eddie Bauer that he bought new back in 2011 with the 5.0 and the thing was a slug... sounded like a muscle car but accelerated about as slow as my wife's CR-V at the time and got horrible gas mileage. Still regret selling it though.

Once he gets a starter Ferrari he'll try to sell it and get better ones. Also he was talking about restarting and doing it again for a car German wants which would be cool.

@@ExplorerBen7 For one that German wants, it'd be funny to let German do all the buying and fixing and see how fast HE reaches his goal compared to Craig lol Craig: WHAT? You made enough to buy a C8 corvette in 4 months? HOW"D you do that? German: By buying cars we made a profit on NOT ones I wanted to drive.... Craig: $^&(*%^&^^@ smartass lol
The explorers came with the gt40 heads and also the intakes I believe
I really like the videos Craig, I always look forward to them. Thank you!
Craig, the "$400 Ferrari Flip," caught my eye 18 months ago! Now a fan of your videos. I'm learning tons about what to look for on used cars in my hunt for a 25th wedding anniversary for my wife. Looking for a Mustang Convertible, V6, automatic, under 100K miles for 10 to 12 K.

Another great video. I like seeing all those classic cars. Thanks for bringing us along.
Good buys today Craig - enjoyed the video
As always, I enjoy watching and listening. From one car guy to another.
Love the channel. Looking forward to years of wonderful content.
👍 Appreciate your enthusiasm and honesty . Ya got a good show going on . Very informative to those interested in cars and trucks and such . Thanks .
Actually super fun video, it’s nice to buy what you like and be able to sell making some money as well… I should have gotten in the car business when I was younger, you give good advice and show how realistic the used car business is…
I’d like to see the GMC and Cadillac be the cars for the Ferrari flip personally. I find the lower budget cars more interesting and love seeing German’s transformation of them.
Wow it's so weird being up to date on this series now lol. Finnally all caught up. I had a great time getting here, I learned a lot from you and I look forward to future videos 😁.
Best buy of the auction is the 66 corvette for me. Cleaned up nicely, I see them around 56K on Hemmings.
Another excellent video Craig ✊The car’s you got today are definitely going to make you a profit.Getting closer to the Ferrari ✊
Man I love these videos. a while back he was doing shorter more part 2 ish type of videos. Now it’s all in one 30 minute video. I enjoy these so much more. Keep up to hard work
These type of videos are why I first subscribed to this channel, thanks Craig! (That C2 Vette had your name on it !!)
Craig you are an inspiration and keep up the good work and content. Shout out from Los Ángeles!!!

Craig, you guys should do the bodywork yourselves on the 2020. You got the talent and the equipment. It's white- EASY to make it look good! German is the master buffer. He will make the black Cad and Suburban look good too!
Love the series!!!!!
Why don’t you use a paint meter at the auctions,it has saved me so much .
Pull the bed, sell the tailgate and put a flatbed on it. I know in Texas you can find used flatbeds for $1000-$2000 grand. Maybe clean it up and spray bed liner on it. BAM

Totally worth watching. You are getting better and better. That 🔥Cadillac🔥 is gorgeous. I would pass on the limo-suburban. I think overall you did pretty good. The 335 is a nice buy, hopefully it will find a good owner. I know you have to make a living but I'll hold on a bit on purchases. I believe the market is going to drop soon. Maybe 4 months from now.
The movie with the Alfa Romeo Giulia with Dave Franco was called "6 Underground" It was a Netflix movie with Ryan Reynolds, fantastic movie to be fair
all good love your stuff thanks

I like the suburban buy. Those 5.3’s are awesome and all the parts will go to use when you keep buying the Tahoes and Yukons. Great trucks for us in New England. Winter is a breeze in one.

This was entertaining, and some cool cars this week,
Greg, keep up the good work. Really enjoying the videos. It is interesting as an European to get comments about German cars. It is the other way round with US cars here - expensive to fix, hard to get the parts etc. But this makes your videos much more entertaining to watch and learn about US cars.

U.S. cars are now expensive, parts hard to find and are beginning to approach German cars for lack of long term reliability. Maybe it is time to reverse engineering back about 15-20 years before the era of turbocharging and complicated technology. Mercedes and some American cars use to be rock solid and indestructible. Not so much anymore.

The Explorer heads are GT40 in 1993-97 Explorers, and GT40P in 1997-2001. You're right, they are the Cobra heads, and the P's are even better *except* they changed the spark plug angles, so most headers won't fit if they're being swapped.
one thing I enjoy about being in the flooring business is that I don't really have to sit on any inventory just displays which do cost money but only a few hundred dollars to one thousand and last 5 to 10 plus years. Never go into the food business. Trust me, food goes bad and that's flushing money down the toilet.
Love the red car 🤩
13:03 that movie would be 6 underground. I remember it specifically cause of that crazy ass scene, and how unexpected it was.
When I sold used cars, I found it much easier to sell cheap cars in good shape. They seemed to sell quite quickly.

So true. A lot of people can't just come by and drop 40k on a vehicle so cars 15k and under are so much more easier to buy or even finance.

Those actually looks like a good buy!!!
Those explorers have GT40p heads, and they are super good donor cars for a Mustang build. I am actually getting one myself solely for that purpose. (but also for the aluminum driveshaft and brake master cylinder)
Chevy in 1999 made a ‘Z28 - SS’ trim it’s the SS. I told my dad I wanted a Z28 Camaro and he found a Z28 SS on Craigslist. I bought it as my first car
Yeah I think the truck will be a great addition to the Ferrari flip
Love that 67..
6 underground is the film, I think. Paul from London England
Happy Father's day Craig and Germany
6 Underground is the name of the movie. I love your videos
That Cadillac CTS was a serious steal.
I like these videos
The Crow love that movie
Two things if you haven't driven a stinger drive one. They are amazing vehicles. They're basically a BMW with an Audi Shell and a Kia warranty. And then with the Cadillac saying that you don't buy rainy day cars because of this, I would think on rainy days you would clearly see beading on the paint. And that's something that would have been clearly noticeable. Now I understand you probably don't get to look over every single car in detail and stuff can get missed and maybe the angles are not there because of other vehicles in the way but I would think the beading is what you would be looking for.
The Explorer has the "GT 40" heads. Lots of classic Mustang owners are snagging them up to put on their 289 and 302 engines.
I like the truck. minimum issues. Just get new section on the bed or a new bed. 50k .. it isn't even broke in yet. So you have what amounts to a new truck that just happens to be 2 yrs old. When you have it fixed up. I don't think you'll have any issues finding a new owner for it. It's a real nice looking truck. Some nice old cars there. That Singray though.... *drools*. Nice old Caddy. Pity they arent as popular as they could be anymore. it looks really good for its age. obviously very well looked after. Make a nice fun summer car for someone. Chriss From France.
Nice The Crow reference.
That 335xi is so desirable. Awd, coupe, and manual
Sweet trucks bro !!!
Camaros are insanely beautiful 😍.
Grandpa so cool 😎
I caught that The Crow line!
The last GMC I don't think the grill was plstidipped, look at the one you saw driving out, black grill. I think chrome would look odd with the black stripes. For sure new wheels though.
You got great deals on this one. Is this a sign that the car market is deflating?? That Sierra is 25k+ all day in SoCal. And that duramax! I think I’ve seen a few high mileage suburbans near by asking 12k+ with 200k+ lol
Sweet Crow reference.
I like that you give us a price
Please send some of that rain to us here in Arizona. Lake Mead is drying up!
Love the movie references
German has some pretty stable job security…lol He’s your man to fix that bed in under a week and prob 10x better than anyone else!
Very interesting should have giving us more information on the red vet matching numbers correct engine mileage oh well I will be tuning in..
The film with the Alfa was 6 Underground. They are great cars by the way!
I looked it up 😂 I believe the movie with Dave and the Alpha Romeo was called 6 Underground 😅
Gt40 heads is what you were looking for on the explorer 5.0 Craig.
