Teslas are coming down for two reasons... First, starting 1/1/23, new federal rebates start. This has people who would've bought used waiting to buy new instead. Less buyers for used Teslas has the price plummeting. Also, Elon's no longer the darling of the political left, so some are switching to other brands. I know, it's silly, but it's true.

People bought Teslas because they believed in renewable energy or to be cool. The reason all of Elon’s projects are going to zero is because he became (or is showing everyone) how much of a piece of shit he is - regardless of his political preference. Although I do agree that terrible human beings tend to fall on that side of the political spectrum so maybe everything is political after all these days.

You will love the crossfire, very fun drive, reliable ... and you got if for scrap pricing. Parts can be hard to come by though ... you could get your money back stripping it (1 headlight costs $300-$600), somewhat rare only around 77,000 were made. Crossfire interiors are noted for smelling like crayons.

I wanted a Crossfire so bad when they were new but they were too expensive. Now the price is reasonable but I understand parts are a nightmare because MB won’t fix them and current Chrysler dealers don’t want to work on them because they are bas a MB underneath.

This was a great video Craig. Keep up the good work. $15k is a great price to shop.

The “Ranger” on that F-150 is actually a trim package, growing up we had a 1978 Ford F-150 XLT with both the Ranger and explorer packages which I believe the Ranger is an interior pkg and the Explorer pkg was an exterior striping package

I've got the same problem with my 2006 silverado 1500 4x4 5.3. Blower motor resistor they say but I tried a amazon one and it worked for 30 seconds then when back to wide open. I ordered a legit 319.00 one and waiting for it to arrive this week.

That crossfire wasn't a mistake for that money. It's a good little throw around toy with the manual. Edit: not sure the year but they are going for $6000 up to $22K up here. Not sure why my last edit didn't take, but the noise sounds like a cv joint. Maybe I spoke too soon? lol...

Main reason is cost of charging was drastically increased by Tesla. Also you’ll find many charging stations overcrowded now. Combine those two reasons on top of the Twitter trolls dumping their cars and there you go.

No one is dumping their Tesla because of Supercharging costs. At worst, in some states, have their charging prices increased to where a full charge is equal to a tank of gas. Probably 95% of people who own one charge at home so most everyone still benefits from low refueling costs.

@@aaronsvendsen1938 you’re talking to someone who owned 3 of these. One Model S P90D with Insanity, one Model 3 Perf, and a Model 3 LR. As one of MANY owners who travel this is 100% why we dumped them. Cars cost the same to fill up as ICE, purchase price is FAR above comparable ICE, body lines look like a kindergartener with a crayon built it, build quality of a 90s Hyundai, and more cars than superchargers. But I have no idea what I’m talking about. Im just a used car dealer and long time EV lover…

@@AutoAuctionRebuildsFor 6 years, I’ve owned and still own several Teslas have many friends with Teslas and am part of many Tesla groups. Unless someone only charges their car using Supercharging 100% of the time in expensive areas of the country then no one is dumping them because of the cost to charge. You are literally the only person I’ve ever heard say that. I go on road trips several times a year and supercharging still beats a tank of gas. The reason they’re cheaper right now is because the tax credits start back up in 2 weeks and people are waiting until then to take delivery. Tesla is even giving discounts and free supercharging miles for people to take delivery before 12/31 because they’re aware of what buyers are doing.

You may be able fill up in 5 minutes but it takes me 5 seconds to plug in at home and costs me about $4 for a full charge. But you already knew that.

Is it just me or does the Bronco kind of remind you of the International Scout of many years ago? Personally I don't think Jeep has a lot to worry about quite yet? And Yup on the use of the Ranger model name on the full size Ford pickup.

I heard there's something new about the Tesla's that you have to subscribe to a certain thing on their website apparently to unlock the extended range and if you don't subscribe which you have to pay for the subscription it keeps it locked in a short range because you're locked into it and not subscribed

You should have a video where you just buy at the auction Toyotas/ Hondas. Teach people how to make bread and butter deals. Customers will start out buying those, then the next car they need will upgrade at your dealership.

Huge fan of yours and follow all your videos. Some of us keep saying buy Toyota/Lexus or Honda/Acura. Easy sell with less headaches, but I suppose that might make the videos boring. You're a glutton for punishment buying these junkers, but it keeps us viewers laughing! All that said, I'd be doing the same dumb things like that if I had a dealership. Car guys at an auction can go all ADHD with all the cool toys. I've flipped some turds and made good profit on things that I thought were total junk. There's a buyer for everything. You really need to slow down on those auction lots Craig.....take it to their test track they offer.

The real reason why teslas are down in price is that tesla makes 31% on each car, so it can afford to drop prices. It has taken about 5 years to get this efficient. Lower prices are going to bring in a whole herd of buyers that were waiting for the price to drop before they buy. Other EV makers are not as efficient in making cars so they cannot drop prices.

Why would you need to pump the pedal on that 1989 560 Benz ? Mercedes was fuel injected from the late 1960s

Buckle the seat belt. Maybe the beeps will go away. If not look for a gps tracker installed by previous owners.
