2 Quem is now a standard with the Thunder D package. Normal Quem. Foolish Cartesia. If you have the Thunderdark and Hawk set up. Hawk for Dark. Summon Colossus. Trigger Quem.

Chances of opening 2 of your one ofs in a 40 card deck is 1.3%.... Quem + sarc is 2.5% assuming 2x quem and 1x sarc. Chances are about half of that in 60 card deck.

thank god i boutght a bling out colossus deck almost 3 years ago for 50$, now its gonna be worth alot!

I used to play this version of branded in the Runick stun hell meta in master duel it is really fun we also had 3 grass back at the time to make the 60 card version really nice and crazy but no Bystial which I think would be a huge buff for the deck. I think that a 60 deck version with more thunder dragons a bigger Bystial package and the Dragoon package would be crazy.

Nice deck. I would like to see more thunder dragon tho, and thunder dragon fusion

Just one thing to note: adlib effect only applies when it’s sent or banished through *fusioning* Tragedy is the only despia that triggers off of any sending or banishing

Also with tragedy, it has to be specifically sent to GY or banished by 'card effect'. So it can't trigger it it was sent for cost (e.g. discarding for Lubellion, Super poly cost)

nvm, the ruling is You can't reborn it anyways because it says "Must first be [summoned]". So no matter how it was summoned, it can't be summoned by other ways. But if the word *first* was present, you could reborn it because the tribute effect is a proper summon method. An example of that is {ABC-Dragon Buster}. It never says "fusion summon" in its effect, but since it is a built-in summoning method, it is proper, so you can revive it. my bad

I've built a variant of this deck and the end board is insane. The only issue is if u go all the way out with it u can lose to nib so thrust with fusion dupe is essential.

Nibiru should definitely not end you. It's a minor inconvenience but definitely not game ending. If have granguignol on board when he nibs you should be just fine. Next turn is gimmick lock. Thrust guarantees it.

Just a heads up even if you fusion summon colossus you can not use effects to revive him by any means, his summoning condition is absolute.

Interesting idea, may be a bit win more and plays into nib :( Hope it works out !

You can send roar with granguignol right? And then roar can summon dark from deck when it gets banished and that also gets you colossus access?

You can send roar, but to get it to summon dark, you would need to banish roar as well. Its effect activates when banished or sent from field to grave☕️

@cardsandcoffeetcg I'm just hoping I can have Chimera Fusion negates, Colossus and Dragoon on field to torment my locals, might be getting a little greedy with it 😅 Maybe playing the Thunder Dragons is the best way, just higher quantities of them

Ngl colossus in anything other than a thunder dragon deck seems kinda win more but I guess we will wait and see

Droll can be 50/50 against branded but this list does have more weaknesses to it

It’s hard to say but my guess is most likely more bystials. You could also side thrust targets like harpies, lightning storm, maybe evenly? Maybe soul release or shaddoll fusion. Purrely should be popular with the ban list so siding herald of the abyss as a thrust target wouldn’t be a bad idea. Cosmic isn’t a bad idea if you have space. Honestly there’s a lot of things you could side this format, it’s so diverse 🤣
