What would you play instead of horus package? I dont have money for the horus engine sadly but i want to play thunder dragons

I would probably replace with more thunder engine stuff, 3 OG thunder dragon, 2 Matrix and any number of allure of darkness

what would it look like without horus?

You could probably add more Thunder Dragon cards like the OG Thunder Dragon and Matrix. You could also add more nonengine / consistency cards like Allure of Darkness.

The version Whithout horus is best version. Bystial Thunder is insane
