Another good tip if u are just starting upgrade your sub attack like the shock punch for +10 mod capacity on your descendant

how many levels under do you think before you upgrade a weapon ? 10 ? for instance my thunder cage is level 20 but im getting level 26 drops, is it worth the upgrade in dmg for 6 levels ?

Wait till level 30s but even then it doesn’t really matter that much as long as you have enough to keep upgrading it without loosing material, I usually do it every 10-15 levels.

Honestly wouldn't bother mate. Just use whatever drops until you hit ilvl 100, unless you're really that attached to the weapon.

Hold off for as many levels as you can go without it til you reach cap. You'll want to be as efficient with your materials as possible. Plus your Proficiency will only go so far as you need to levels and proficiency on multiple weapons and characters to Progress your Mastery Rank. And just try everything out. I've played enough looters shooters to know that it is often you'll find a rare that is better than a legendary. Be encouraged to try everything and have a more educated and experienced commitment to your kits.

Yea usually when Destiny 2 launched expansion I upgraded every 10-15 levels just didn’t know what kind power falloff there is with this game. Yea I’m hording mats as much as possible. Don’t need to waste them lol

Are the values on weapon readjustment higher at lvl 100? Meaning if one has used a gun since lvl 40 should one reroll it at lvl 100?

Question. Should I actually hold a low level weapon that has god roll stats cuz when I had a good low level weapon and made it higher the stats are pretty low compared to a higher drop weapon .So should I just get to 100 before keeping weapons?

If you really like a gun, you can hold it in storage. The exchange for rares/epics are pretty cheap and you'll research a ton without needing to specifically farm for them, just dismantle your unneeded guns. That said, as you go through, just pick the higher dps guns as you go. The only breakpoints where you might need to micro your weapons/descendant are Devourer/Pyromainac.

If you have a weapon that feels right on you get it with good modifiers, like ult crit rate, damage, etc then better hold onto it as it might before well later.

Anyone bothered by the fact that he is using 2 weapons of the same ammo type...they share ammo pool.

I am sorry, Patrick. I gave this game a go, but i cant do it. They borrowed heavily from Warframe, but didnt bring over any of the good bits. Hopefully you enjoy having something fresh to make content about though!

What would be those good bits? Making you take tests to level up or retry 24 hours when server goes down during it? How about forcing you to do horribly boring and tedious missions like spy ones just to progress. Or taking your warframe away (literally name of game) fuu forcing you to fight and level up yoir 10 year old child insight the suit no one asked for ur cared about? So far this game hasn’t made me endure such tedious crap that has nothing to do with looting and shooting in a looter…shooter…to have fun.. So imo it’s the opposite. It’s warframe without its bull crap yet (except the pay to win feature of course(.

I find myself asking 'what is the point?' so I put together and ultimate bunny boss farming build that can solo hard mode anything... then what? I win the game? I grind other descendents to be able to do the same? What if I think what I have is fun, is it a fun game-play loop with what I've grinded? Right now I'm still just playing through the story, but wondering what is 'the point'... and where I'll end up being and what the bottleneck will end up as once I have the descendents I want to play unlocked, and their power level at tolerable levels. By contrast- in Div2, I can solo legendaries, I can group up and contribute in various ways in a mission, but there isn't 1 big bad like we have in collossi and the individual AI units in Div2 are more or a challenge vs the waves of relatively dumb adds that a toon like bunny excels at just wiping out without a thought? i like buildcraft, but what are you going to *DO* with it at the end of the day?

@@grumpyoldman6503 For me, this game doesn't even scratch any theory crafting itch. It may get there with some reworks, but right now it's really just chasing higher stats a few pieces.

@@foxnfire6388 I am glad you seem to like it. I don't play Warframe either because of boring the loop is, and the combat vs non existent AI. My point was that in Warframe at least you can have a mini game in clearing shit super fast when you get good with the movement. In comparison, the movement in this game is a turd.
