Trolling for rainbow trout is a great way to cover lots of water and try lots of trout trolling techniques. In this video I cover my basic trolling rig, without any fancy equipment or down riggers. The wind got the better of me on my Colorado XT pontoon boat so my fishing plans were thwarted but luckily I had another idea. After scouting a "trail head" it's time for lunch. What thrust do you have on the engine? Is it enough?

I believe it's a 36 lb thrust Minkota. Yeah it works great!
Is it just me or does the camera angle make it look like he’s fishing in SWELLS!! Lol omg mind screwed lol… we know it isn’t but the angle was awesome lol
