John, I don't care how many trips you make looking for scallops, clams, etc., you ALWAYS throw something new in. In this episode I learned about about a jelly blob and sea potatoes. I either missed them in previous viedos but this was the first time I saw them. I'll NEVER tire of seeing these viedos. As well, I'll never tire of see your lovely Hannah and sweet James. I just wish I had had a childhood that James is experiencing. Your patience with him is amazing and he's learning in such a wonderful environment, who wouldn't love his playground! So happy you had a wonderful day foraging and a great meal ( jealousy speaking here) to boot! Speaking of the food, which brand of hot sauce are you eating? I love hot sauces and sometimes I'm disappointed in what I buy. Thought I might try and get your favorite (I'm in the states) and see if it's any good. Again, thanks for allowing me to share your family time and GREAT job Hannah in finding that one scallop! My best to your family John as these last 2 months of 2021 slip away.

@@TheFishLocker Love your vids mate. I’ve been watching your vids for a few years now, when I was a kid I didn’t like scallops but when I came across your forage and cook vids a few years ago I decided to give them a go again and it turns out I LOVE them. Sadly where I live in Australia it’s land locked and the best I have is a river an hour and a half drive away full of invasive european carp that have destroyed the local river life so it’s hard to catch anything but the carp which we don’t eat so I can’t really forage like you do 😢. At least the carp are a reliable catch and provide some fun. Love watching you and you and your family, looking forward to more vids.

Its a great education as well as a survival skill. Great job Fish Locker Dad. I see your attractive wife is also with you on the hunt. Great combo. There is no Success that will compensate for Failure in the Home. She thinks they could beat us fishing. 🤔 I need to win the lottery to be able to fly the 4 of us to England. 😂 We absolutely enjoyed the video (painful lessons and all). Give Mr James a hug from us. Take care guys, we enjoyed the family cooking and eating time (including the burn mouths ). 😜 Maybe with Mr. James getting older and more adventurous you guys can do it that more often. I love seeing James looking so well and growing up fast, he certainly has changed since we first saw him. I still can't understand why all the scallop isn't eaten like all other shellfish are, there must be a reason but nobody seems to have an answer, you only ever see prepared ones at the fishmongers. Looking forward to the next episode.
