What I've found over the years, is that the connections between strength-based communities is so fun. Bodybuilding, weightlifting, strongman, powerlifting, grip sport, armwrestling, even climbing - all of this overlaps in one way or another, and being able to get more than a superficial glimpse into these worlds is very interesting. And I think the more others in non-armwrestling strength communities gets to learn about armwrestling, both in terms of how it folds out in the gym, and on the table (in and out of competition), will really appreciate what it is about as a sport.

Idk man. Todd has caught hits from PRIME Denis and Pushkar. His arm didn't give then, and there's a chance he'll be able to hold Levan. The strength gap between Levan and Denis/Pushkar may not be that large.

This shows how good Michael Todd is...🙏😎👍🏼 And Ray is such a great coach who I consider better than Todd.. talents are given in different field ..

After much thought I seem to recognize that Todd has a sporting chance against Levan. People forget that he has a first class mindset and the endurance from a 30+ year career. Maybe the underdog but he is the Kings mover.

I don’t understand the MT not being great aspect . Like I’ve watched him for years and yes I make the jokes as well because I am not a fan of the kings move . But I have never thought he wasn’t elite , when I saw him face John brzenk, pushkar, denis and so many others . People poke fun of him but no one is serious when they say he isn’t a elite arm wrestler

People have tried and he seems really uncomfortable and not very coordinated from that position. I agree you would think this is where he would be strongest, but for whatever reason he doesn't access his power from inside. Hopefully it will come with more practice and table time.

@@jvjv8093 It's quite fun. Try to search for introductory videos to armwrestling. On Devon Larratt's channel there's many such videos, whether recently or from some time ago. The more you learn about what the various techniques are and how they're done, the more fun you'll have when watching armwrestling, as you'll be much more capable of identifying what's going on, in real time. Then it becomes like a chess game of strength and power.

@@Hrallballert It's a rabbit hole of depth and learning as with all things and I'm happy to have found interest in arm wrestling. When I was a kid, I thought all you needed was strength and weight but there is way more to that and so I'm starting to learn and train from many wonderful sources here on youtube.

When I fist started to watch arm wrestling I did not like Micheal Todd. The more I watch the guy the more I learn to appreciate the athlete and the man himslef.

Mike has been very unfairly judged by that king's move deal, and I've never understood it. I cannot believe that supposed adults can't separate their feelings about a technique and a person, but it's clear that most can't. It's not Michael's responsibility to armwrestle in a way that pleases someone. His responsibility is to armwrestle in a way that maximizes his chances of WINNING while observing the rules. And it's not his job to make certain the rules are followed. It's the ref's. Michael Todd uses a 100% legal and legitimate technique, and he observes the rules as the refs enforce them in matches. Why that gets peoples' underwear all tangled up I do not understand.

The difference between Devon and michael and there’s nothing wrong with this but Devon likes to feel the power and the challenge. Michael just wants to pin you right away. Like I said there’s nothing wrong with that difference but definitely a big difference between Devon and michael when it comes to arm wrestling for fun I guess

I don’t think Larry has the intelligence or the ability to think fast and adjust in a match, he’s going to need a very good coach in his corner, arm wrestling is very technical a lot of thinking involved I don’t think it suits Larry
