@@ryu246 I've been a long time stan of sm. You can tell how much they love music with their music choices since the beginning of the label. The Jackson's family and their colleagues actually acknowledge how much SM love MJ's music on many different occasions. So when sm station happened, it's safe to say I was excited cause they finally opened a door for outsiders for collabs and having a proper platform to showcase and promote it.

This is a 2 year comment but the fact that SM even has an EDM Label and a Classics Label show this even more so

As Juyoung and Jason pointed out, this cooperation between SM entertainment and Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra is awesome for not only getting kids into classical music but also people who aren't interested in orchestral music. I'd really like to praise SM for their wild ambition and effort, bravo SM.

Wendy’s last lines are gorgeous, especially the subtle crescendo and decrescendo on the very last part. Something about it elevates the song, and almost makes the song feel like a deeper form of happiness, if that makes sense? A more contemplative happiness... and it converts well into a violin part But yeah, I love this song, and anybody who doesn’t is wrong

I was anticipating their reaction to wendy's last line. I remembered my first time watching the MV and I was just bopping through the whole song and when it went to that silent part I was like "Awwwww 🥺". Really encompasses the feeling of a summer love (Fun and sincere)

I like how one of the musicians said the oboe is a vulnerable instrument on its own and it was used to portray Jonghyun in the orchestral version of End Of A Day. Just something I noticed.

Thanks to Kevin for mentioning the bridge. Red velvet are the Queens of bridges! Plus red flavour's bridge is one of my most favourite bridges in kpop alongside EXO's tempo bridge. That's because it includes part singing, part rapping and all 5 members are involved in it.

I still can't get over the fact that this song is supposed to be Little Mix's song originally. And that this song made Red Velvet "The Summer Queens".

I really love red velvet’s bridges

I was in NY for a Red Velvet Orchestral performance few years ago and it was simply amazing

that bridge is truly GOATed, one of the best in all of kpop for sure

I love the fact that the writers chose the same progression as 'Dancing Queen' to honor ABBA and their country, it makes it heartwarming and cathcy!

Thank you for reminding me how wonderful these tracks are, I want to get out of my house and go enjoy the summer 🥰

Red Flavor is a bright & cheerful song that never fails to lift me up. The bridge which slows down the song, then it moves to grander/richer sound with amazing adlibs/high notes, and it ends with Wendy's vocal without any background music are so satisfying to listen to. Still remember how hype people were when the girls first revealed the song by performing it live in SMTOWN concert. I love the mini album too! Looking forward for RV's comeback this coming August. Probably another summer bop.

A summer song, but played at the Winter Olympics opening ceremony in Pyeongchang. Ironically, the song was played as the US team entered the stadium, in which delegation were two women's hockey players that were on a high school golf team with Wendy.
