Highlights were pretty convincing

They both had to overcome immense adversity. Eubank suffering that nasty cut that debilitated his vision for pretty much the entire fight and Groves having to thug it through that painful dislocated shoulder. Good classic tear up of a fight if you ask me!🥊💯👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

No doubt it is one of the most underrated boxing matches ever! Both of these guys put their hearts into the match. Too fast too harsh punches. Also, George's defense was dazzling. Eubank's energy is always on top.

Alot of people slated eubank after this performance but he boxed well, showed heart and didn't back down, took it to him all the way 💪

He was outclassed by a far superior fighter. The referee should have stopped it due to Eubank's cut.

Cant believe people are saying Eubank won. Groves completely schooled Eubank. Prince Naseem said Eubank should retire after the fight he was so bad. Total mismatch.

Highlights trying to make out the fight was closer. Groves won quite convincingly, though have to give Eubank credit for his heart.

What a battle. The work rate from both for 12 rounds was impressive.

Thought Eubank was completely outclassed when I originally watched it but when watching it again he didn’t do as badly as I thought. Looked like he caught groves with some good shots too just didn’t have to power to stop him

This fight shows the difference between a fighter with good fundamentals and a strong amateur background verses a guy who falls short on both and has trained himself for the majority of his career. In jnr's defence though he was fighting a bigger man at 168 where he is a natural 160 pounder. His toughness here as well was very impressive.

This event was epic. Ring walks, poses ringside under the limelight. We need more dramatic events like this

Not sure these highlights represent the true story, exciting edit though! Groves controlled Eubank throughout the fight (even with 1 arm at the end) and Eubank missed a hell of a lot, it wasn't a close fight in reality..a good fight though!

@@jimbyrne2328 This video is a good example of why I always take edited highlights with a pinch of salt - there's no context for the action and exchanges, no sense of how the fighters positioning or ring generalship came into play... and in this case by seemingly showing Eubank Jr swarming all over a retreating Groves the viewer might not notice just how many of Eubank Jr's attacks were wild misses and think he somehow managed to maintain that pressure when he didn't at all.

Great fight. The right winner but it was competitive till the end. I just think Eubank doesn't pick the tactics to get the most out of his exceptional physical talents. He has the stamina and accuracy to fight with a Calzaghe-like intensity. But throwing leaping hooks doesn't seem the best plan against a bigger, stronger opponent like Groves.

Unbelievably Eubank weighed in slightly Heavier than Groves for this fight but Groves looked 20pounds heavier on the Night.

This video seems biased towards Eubank Jr. if I'm honest. This isn't the same as the fight that I watched. Groves schooled Jr. They say "speed beats power, but timing beats speed". This was a perfect example of timing outpointing speed. George got through the last round with one arm ffs. His shoulder fucked up and he couldn't lift his left arm.
