Chicken Wings Unli
We love chicken wings. Aside from cooking the usual fried wings or adobong chicken wings, I thought that I would show you 7 different ways you can serve your chicken wings. I gave you a selection of sweet, spicy, salty, sweet and sour and tangy sauces which you call all try. These recipes would also be great for business.
Chef's Notes:
You can use between 1/2 kilo to 3/4 kilo chicken wings for one recipe of the sauce depending on how "saucy" you want them to be. Remember to toss them in the sauce just before you serve them so you can preserve the crunch from frying the chicken wings. Please feel free to adjust the seasonings according to your personal preference.

My favorite parts of the chicken cuts is the wings.i have to try this.one of my favorite is the garlic parmesan cheese chicken wings in little cesar pizza. Now I can make it at home by following your recipe.salamat maam

Amazing how a basic dish can be changed by simply varying its sauce. Same idea behind capsule dressing, I suppose. 😂

Hello Chef! Thank you for the yummy recipes. Can you please give tips on how to remove the blood and prevent it from coming out of the chicken? And also how to remove the smell inside or near the bone part. Thanks in advance Chef!

Re smell, rub chicken with rock salt. Let sit for 10 minutes. Wash well and drain. Re blood, it just means you need to cook it longer. Smelly chicken also means your chicken is not fresh.

I don't have a particular brand of ranch dressing that I use. I buy whatever is available in the supermarket.

Yes you can but do not add cornstarch to the sauce. You can keep it in the freezer for a month. Thank you for watching!
