Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :
材料:
1. 10 隻雞脚大約 280 = 9, 9 oz,
2. 2 茶匙白醋精
3. 2 茶匙楓葉糖漿
4. 500 ml = 16,91 fl oz, 炸油
5. 1 粒蒜頭
6. 4 片薑切絲
7. 1 茶匙辣豆辦醬
8. 2 茶匙蒜頭豆豉醬
9. 15 粒豆豉
10. 1 絛小紅辣椒
11. 1 1/2 茶匙沖洗, 冰糖碎
12. 少許鹽
13. 100 ml = 3, 38 fl oz, 水
14. 多加 70 ml = 2, 37 fl oz, 水
15. 1 茶匙蠔油
16. 100 ml = 3, 38 fl oz, 水
調味料:
1. 1 茶匙蠔油
2. 1 茶匙生抽
3. 1/2 茶匙老抽
4. 2/3 茶匙雞粉
5. 2 茶匙紹興酒
6. 150 ml = 5, 1 fl oz, 水
7. 1 茶匙蠔油
8. 100 ml = 3, 38 floz, 水
9. 適量青蔥粒裝飾
打獻:
1 茶匙豆粉
2. 2 茶匙水
蒸籠水 250 ml = 8, 454 fl oz, 水
Ingredients:
1. 10 chicken feet around 280 grams = 9, 9 oz,
2. 2 tsp white vinegar essence
3. 2 tsp Maple syrup
4. 500 ml = 16, 91 fl oz, oil for deep fring oil
5. one chopped garlic clove
6. 4 slices ginger cutted into stripes
7. 1 tsp chilli bean sauce
8. 2 tsp black bean garlic sauce
9. 15 black beans
10. 1 small red chilli
11. 1 1/2 tsp washed and crashed rock sugar
12. a pinch of salt
13. 100 ml = 3, 38 fl oz, water
14. added additional 70 ml = 2, 37 fl oz, water
15. 1 tsp oyster sauce
16. 100 ml = 3, 38 fl oz, water
Seasoning:
1. 1 tsp oyster sauce
2. 1 tsp light soy sauce
3. 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
4. 2/3 tsp chicken powder
5. 2 tsp shaoxing wine
6. 150 ml = 5, 1 fl oz, water
7. 1 tsp oyster sauce
8. 100 ml = 3, 38 floz, water
9. some dices spring onion on top
Thinkener:
1 tsp corn starch
2. 2 tsp water
steam water 250 ml = 8, 454 fl oz, water

    I'm going to try your recipe, it is more complicated than the one I learned to make by watching a playmate's Grandmother when I was a little girl. Finally one day she motioned me to make them, and they turned out well--I was 10 at the time.

    Oh too bad, I been to Frankfurt around 911. I did not spend too much time there, may be it is hard to find chicken feet as I did not see many Chinese there !! That's why so many Chinese who stays there need to learn how to cook their home food !! Maria, you help them a lot, me too as I love to learn more as each has their best way to cook !! So I often read and see your videos . Thanks for sharing.

    First of all, thank you for sharing the recipe. My mother always loved to eat chicken feet, and now I'm training myself to cook. I'd love to learn this recipe. Just a question, you put 2 tbs of syrup, but what kind of syrup you put? Sugar syrup? Forgive me if this is a silly question, but is the only doubt I have. Thank you a lot !!!

    自结婚開始就要自己飯菜,每天都想到頭都大也不知煮甚麽,謝謝你每一度餸菜都解釋清楚,也很容易明白,李錦記是我媽媽常用的調味料,她告知我和姐姐用李錦記舊裝蠔油煮的餸是最好吃又健康,她從不用味精煮餸,我結婚25年了,我用李錦記舊裝蠔油來調味也不用味精的.

    您好, 非常感謝做我的食譜, 那天我也抹多次後才炸, 請下次抹後放濾器風乾些後再抹乾後才炸, 真的很恐怖, 那天我幾會射到油, 請小心啊!! 放入雞脚炸時, 在德國我們有很分種不同的蓋, 是平有綱像濾器或有很多孔洞的, 蓋面油就不彈出, 或用鍋蓋蓋 2/3 部分, 我不知道您住何處, 我見過 video 在美國有. 如有德國售廚具的地方或會有售, 祝快樂 ^^

    Finde ich super dass auch solche Rezepte mit etwas gewagteren Zutaten (in Bezug auf den westlichen Gaumen) kommen. Bekommt man die Hühnerfüße auch bei einem deutschen Metzger? Wie sind da deine Erfahrungen? Von mir wie immer einen Daumen hoch :)

    this dish is only for drinking. when you drink beer or chinese white wine with it.it is super。 none other dishs can compare with it.

    Hi, thank you for loving my recipe. The black bean sauce isn't the soy sauce. You can buy it in Asian supermarket. Yes, you can use cooking wine or rice wine instead of shaoxing wine. Thank you. Have a loving day :)

    Hi, you are welcome. Thank you so much for your support. To cut the nails off before boiling and frying, during the boiling and frying time the meat will pull back and expose the bone. The way I did it the chicken feet will looks better. Thank you ^^
