Just returned from ChinaTown in London… absolutely filled with Chinese and Europeans enjoying Chinese lunch on a lovely summers day… Chinese food is now becoming the food of choice for most people and chef John needs to open a restaurant chain across Europe.. 🙂

Oh my, I did not even know that you could eat chickenfeet until my sons told me they want me to cook it for them. For some reason cutting the nails of makes me feel sooo bad, I can slaughter a chicken an prepare it, but cutting of the nails😭😭(think I have to close my eyes when cutting😂) but they want to try it, so Im going to do my best. Wish me luck😄
