+Kevin Chan I began wrestling later than you did. It was during the season OF my Junior year in HS. I wrestled my 2 years, went to camp only once and that was between my junior and senior years then went on to wrestle 5 years at Fresno State back in the 80's. My only goal was to be a decent college wrestler when I was done because I started too late to excel at it. I didn't belong on the collegiate mat my first 3 years as I took daily beatings in practice but I gutted it out. By the time I was finished I was a 2 year letterman and had a 9-8 record as a 4th year junior.

If you watch these videos and drill them you will be able to develop a successful leg attack. Each element is important for an attack to succeed. You can us this in folkstyle but you will not receive back points for a quick tilt so it is not worth the risk. Better to switch to a front headlock and work a on a short drag or shuck to go behind for a takedown.

+Wolf6764 Not really possible. It's a 2 point tilt in Freestyle and most likely the opponent will belly out and you will go behind. However, it is possible to get to a reverse half if you release the lock and pull his chin and elbow apart when you are on your side and turn back over his head.
