Arm Drags - Wrestling Moves by Pat Downey //
fanaticwrestling.com/
In this wrestling moves video, Pat Downey teaches arm drag sequences.
Wrestling Fanatics was started by a pair of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts, Michael Zenga and Bernardo Faria who have a passion for all things grappling.
They feel that nothing is more important than improving your Wrestling skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for Wrestling Students who don’t look at Wrestling as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

I know it is a basic technique, but this detail on stepping inside while arm dragging is absolutely awesome! Thank you for sharing :-)

@@counterkidnapping1737 Not at all! They are just two different ways of performing an arm drag. The more you know (and train) the more opportunities you have to avoid being countered by your opponent. There is also another arm drag video by Brian Peterson and Anton Kalista (TeachMeGrappling), check it out 👍🏽

The inside step detail is amazing. Almost anyone teach this detail and just make outside step
Thank you! And props to the guy being thrown a million times for the sake of my learning! ;)
This is AWESOME BRO. I got a learning disability SO I watch this in steps and it is very helpful man thank you
Arm drags are such a fantastic option for wrestling, jiu jitsu, self defense. I wonder if you can incorporate them into mma? That inside step to the middle is gold.

Always loved drags. Always had fast hands. Now that I am 56 and most other physical advantages have left me (my shot is slow, my hips creaky, bad shoulders), when coaching--especially against larger, good wrestlers--drags are about all I can succeed with on a regular basis. And then, of course, I have to show them how to block it. ;-)

I liked the different technique on something that's already basic but if you get him to step when you arm drag him he can't move away because you pulled him in and he's pushing you it's already the same direction😊

If you know wrestling in this video exist details that i dont want reveal to dont mess with the intention of the video respecting the effort of its makers but about this movements there are a lot of points that allows you apy counter attacks against that arm drag.....
I need a training partner to drill this with. Maybe not my wife for the throws haha
