Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes, Easy & Delicious!
This simple recipe of Cheesy, Creamy Scalloped Potatoes are so amazingly good! Yet so simple and easy!
Ingredients
4-5 Medium size potatoes (thinly slice)
2 cups milk (any milk of your choice)
2 Cups Cheese (1 cup for topping )
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sprinkle of Oregano & Italian Seasoning (optional)
1-2 tbsp mince onion & Garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
Bake covered for 45 minutes @ 350 until potatoes are cooked
Another 15-20 minutes uncovered until top is nice and golden. (Around 450 degree)
