You making cooking less of a chore. You're so smooth with it, and "about a minute" or "do this real quick" makes me feel like it's quick & easy.

My husband is from Virginia. He loves gravy on potatoes and anything! You are a great gravy maker. Even though I've cooked for years my gravy skills aren't that great. I have learned from you. Love making all kinds of potatoes. Irish family!!! Lol.. glad I found you because your easy to follow all the recipes and I'm like you..live cooking and eating!! When I was a kid, my favorite comfort food was the cheesy scalloped potatoes my mom made. She would add leftover ham to them too, during the holidays. I needed a good recipe to use for my base, not to say my moms wasnt good but I needed a video to follow! Followed this and it was hands down, the BEST scalloped potatoes ive ever had. When I was a kid my dad used to put potatoes in EVERYTHING, to the point I couldn't stand even the smell of them for DECADES. Now in my 30s I've finally rediscovered my appreciation for those lovely spuds, and this is looking mighty fine to me. You bet I'm gonna be cooking this sooner rather than later! :D

This is my favorite KZread channel You cook exactly how I do Minus measuring If you love to eat you should know how to cook and what tastes good and you do! So far I've made your Buffalo chicken dip (I added sour cream. Can't remember if you did or not) and smothered chicken which I used bone broth with instead of chicken stock. Both times came out amazing. Love your recipes

I just made this but used cauliflower instead of potatoes, and used almond flour with Xanthan gum instead of regular flour. ( KETO FRIENDLY)! This is a big YES! Ty for sharing I love it!
