Oh, Girl Christmas is coming up, and also my birthday that is 2 days after Christmas .and my niece's older son loves my potatoe salad! even my other 2 sisters. i don't eat turkey, but love honey baked ham, so i going to get my niece to hurry and but my order in. but the air fryer cook book has so much delicious recipes, .i made air southwest Chipotle wings, so good. and gonna try and make a Korean chicken wings dish. Honey butter chicken wings. with a amazing sauce. I made this recipe twice before. 😊

You have a wonderful clear voice. Easy to follow style. I like the addition of cayenne pepper and fresh time. I also grate fresh nutmeg into my scalloped potatoes. However, the addition of cheese makes this a recipe for au gratin potatoes. Scalloped potatoes include a béchame sauce only. Au gratin include a béchamel sauce with melted cheese.

Hi, Jeahan. i have a air fryer that my sister bought me a couple of weeks. and i love it. 😊it does have this recipe i bought a XLcook book at Amazon, and i have a XL 6qrt air fryer. I'm cutting down on my ues of using cooking oil. for health reasons. and i watch four recipes on making this recipe even though its in the cook book. but i just wanted to see your version. and loos really good. Thanks 😊

That looks delicious! It's similar to the Italian Potato Parmesan, which has a similar beschamel sauce and uses mozzarella, parmesan cheese and ham in between the layers. By the way - you have great slicing skills. I would need a mandolin to make perfect slices!

Don't freeze store bought cheese and make this, it won't be the same, I made this mistake, never buy pre-graded cheese either, won't work. Did you hear me say, it don't work the same.
THESE ARE NOT SCALLOP POTATOES!!!!! These are au Grauten potatoes. Scallop potatoes have NO CHEESE!!!! let's call it what they are.

Since you decided to be that guy I’ll play along. “What is au Grauten”? I think you meant au Gratin. And since recipes and descriptions change over time a lot of people call this cheesy scalloped potatoes or just cheesy potatoes. Because the scalloped part is thinly sliced potatoes layered to form a scalloped appearance most people don’t do that correctly because they layer the potatoes flat instead of close to vertical.
