新年第一顿火锅，体验双重究极满足感！ 左边韩式年糕火锅： 先做串串~ 1、300g猪梅肉切成薄片状，加入1勺蚝油、1勺生抽、1勺料酒、半勺老抽、1勺油拌匀，腌制30分钟串起； 2、300g掌中宝加入1勺盐和1勺料酒，腌制30分钟串起； 3、五花肉切薄片串起； 4、蔬菜、豆腐串起。 部队锅秘制酱汁：4勺韩式辣酱、1份辛拉面的调料包、2勺生抽、2勺料酒和1勺糖，调匀备用。 2、锅底放入一块黄油炒至融化后，下洋葱片、京葱段和100g泡菜一起炒香，关火。 3、往锅里依次放入卷心菜、土豆片、黄豆芽、金针菇，淋上步骤3里拌好的辣酱，倒入热水煮开。 4、年糕事先蒸好，一刀一刀剪进锅里，放入各种串串。 5、热好可拉丝的马苏里拉芝士，淋入锅中。 右边瑞士芝士锅： 1、一瓣大蒜对半切开，均匀把锅壁抹匀，倒入400毫升白葡萄酒、一瓣蒜泥、15g玉米淀粉，搅拌均匀。开中小火待酒沸腾后转小火，待变成薄芡，分次倒入200g大孔奶酪碎，200g格鲁耶尔奶酪碎，顺时针搅拌均匀，最后倒入10毫升樱桃口味白兰地搅拌均匀。 2、煮好的奶香芝士，倒入锅的另一边。 蘸白锅巨好吃的烤肋排： 1、3根肋排洗净切成4指长的段，吸干表面水分，淋上6勺烧烤酱、半勺老抽，抓拌均匀，盖保鲜膜放冰箱腌制30分钟，放入已预热好200度的烤箱中，烤20分钟。 2、取出肋排，正反两面刷上蜜汁烤肋排酱+少许蜂蜜，200度继续烘烤5分钟，取出翻面，刷上酱汁再烤5分钟，完成。
