I love the chateau, the surrounding area but mostly I love the quality of this marriage. This channel should be required content at every high school to show teenagers what a relationship based on friendship, love , shared goals, hardwork, fun and humour can achieve. Your renovation is wonderful but for me it’s the human side of this channel that inspires me. Thank you 🙏

I enjoyed your “day in the life” vlog as a change from the usual. For those of us watching who don’t own chateaux (as in most of us!) it was interesting and fun to live vicariously. I have to add that Ziggy’s close ups were adorable - what a face! 🇨🇦

It’s nice to see what you do beyond renovations also. I think a mix of both are just fine.💙. We will watch no matter what. The girls have grown so much! 🙂

Phillip, I am almost 78 years old and I have fond memories of my father telling me stories about the exploits of Diamond, a beautiful black horse with a white diamond on his head. Watching you with your daughters brought all that back to me with thoughts that they too, will remember those precious stories when they are older!

I am 40 and I also remember one story my father used to tell us all the time. He made it up, and you could tell, but it was sooo precious! That I still treasure it in my heart. Great story Philip!!

Very much enjoyed “a day in the life.” There is grace in all things, even the quotidian. Thank you for this peek into your lives. Loved the last scene with you two sharing a glass of wine and a smooch.

You two are so adorable! Love from the northern United States. Hope Benoit gets over his sickness quickly so you can get that cooker in and complete the kitchen in this century (you see I have also renovated while living in the home and I know the struggle is real). There is a light at the end of the tunnel though, so hang in there!!

To see all the tables in the breakfast room being made ready for gueats was a wonderful sight No cause for disapointment there. I would say things are ticking over nicely at the Chateau. Izzy is just the best and is loving his life. Can I sit on Phillipe's knee and hear stories about Princesses in pink dresses on motorbikes. Happy Times . Well, I’ll admit I’m STILL dying to see the range cooker, but I loved this vlog. I just don’t know how you both do all you do and you do it all so well. You continue to amaze me. I know you are crazy busy, but the quality of your life is lovely and thank you for sharing it. Loved Phillip’s bedtime story with the girls and then just when Anna was exhausted and ready for a break, the playroom was a a wreck. The ending of this blog was beautiful! Lovely episode.. wine, cheeses, delicious food, picking berries from the garden for breakfast, strolling down a country road.This video couldn't possibly be more French. Spening a night at the chateau is definitely on my wish list when I visit France.

I'm pretty sure Queen Elizabeth II rode a motorbike when she was still a Princess, show the girls photos of her! I burst out laughing at the "you're so conservative" 😂. Not only is Phillip the greatest influencer, film maker, comedian, and just a genius in general, he is also a great dad.

As I watched more, your family and the lovely town in which you lived, captured my heart, and I only allowed myself one video a day, knowing that soon I would be done with all of the back episodes. Now, sigh, I must wait patiently for your weekly uploads. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your life with us. You bring joy, laughter and inspiration to us all. Paint brush tip wrap in clingfilm whilst stopping for lunch or for few hours break to keep them from drying out. Also use old plastic carrier bags over paint tray and tap down open end. When finished paint pour unused paint back in tim and turn bag inside out just throw away no tray cleaning Say Wala!

I once owned a beautiful home where we ran a 5 star BnB just like yours…breakfasts served etc. and I know exactly what the daily routine with all the jobs, cleaning, renovating, shopping etcetera is like! Loved the poor pink princess with the motorbike, the horse and the dragon that roars at princesses dressed in pink! You are soooo funny! It's amazing what enchants our children. I remember doing the same to our son who loved old cars that went patow, patow, patow then fell apart in a thousand and one pieces then needed strong daddy and mommy glue to put it back together again for the following night where an ice storm would freeze it, or a thunderstorm would fry it, etc. etc. etc..... It's wonderful that you help your girls use their imagination to fuel the stories to their tastes. Your day may have seem boring and routine to you but to us, its Life and helps us realize that we all lead busy lives that fill our days with joy, stress, love and laughter. Keep at it. Thank you for sharing a day in the life of a Chatelain! It was very enjoyable to watch. Do not worry about how fast (or slow) the kitchen renovation gets finished. You have young children, multiple house guests (like a revolving door), and entire chateaux to take care of! It is the process/journey, not the destination that makes it worthwhile. My husband passed away last year of brain cancer and his passion was dirtbike riding & racing. My daughter also rode & raced in her youth and is now grown with her own 2 girls. His best friend now owns his bike and lets my daughter ride it whenever she is visiting. Your motorcycle princess is modern fairytale perfection ♥️
