Grandfather could have been in foreign country working towards citizenship, waiting in line, or gaining enough money to apply. He could have been here on a work visa working through extensions, going to school, and finally being granted a chance to gain citizenship. People actually work towards getting US citizenship.

I’m m 60 and did the same. Worked hard own my home with no mortgage, I’m not rich with money but in gratitude. I raised 2 kids by teaching by example and they had consequence for their actions. Both graduated college and have great morals and virtues so it’s not my generation it’s yours.

I overstayed my vacation a few days in the US once. ICE was very polite about it and I went on my own way on my own accord. No handcuffs, no detainment nothing. The sad thing is, it's usually the people who do receive free government money, or still live with their parents who have these beliefs. Yes, I know some woke people who work for a living, but they tend to be the ones who don't have to work very hard for a living, such as teachers, preachers, and other jobs that don't require a lot of physical/manual labor. I think that has something to do with it. People who can afford to give others' money away, and people who have lived good lives without any adversity or hardship don't understand the downside of some of the policies they back. They create first world problems, and have the time to pontificate on multiple genders, because they don't have to work very hard for a living, and if they do (I am an RN, and I have worked with some woke nurses and CNAs), they still remain in a bubble, because they have their families and/or spouse to help them get through life. They never had to get out in the real world and engage with opposing viewpoints or people who harmed them and didn't give a rat's behind if they did. Now, they are shocked when someone tells them no, or doesn't nod their head in agreement or awe at their every word. We need to bring back the good, old fashioned debates to high schools and colleges. Remember those? Where people would have to convince the class of opposing viewpoints, and they would be graded on how persuasive the argument was. It didn't matter if you agreed with the argument or not - you were either on the for or against side, and if you wanted a good grade, you did a good job. Bring back critical thinking again. It's not a teacher's job to FORM minds, it's a teacher's job to INFORM minds. Children are smart enough to draw their own conclusions, based on data around them. This indoctrination of children, beginning in elementary school has to stop. By the time they are in college, they are just parroting talking points, and they can't even form a coherent and cohesive argument. They don't know the topic they are arguing for well enough, and it shows. They might as well just say it's because that's what they were told. It's blatantly obvious. If someone truly believes something, and knows about it, they can explain it in a way that anyone can understand. It's why Charlie Kirk wins his debates. He comes armed with knowledge and facts about a multitude of topics he believes in. All they have is the memory of a couple of notes they took from a lecture they thought were "gotcha quotes" from their professors. They think because we are logic based, that we will balk at the mere mention of science. They forget that we expect data to back up the claims. We now live in a world where we have young adults with the maturity levels of a teenager, and the leftist elders have reverted back to that maturity level, too. Unfortunately, these teens in adult bodies are now trying to run the world. They need to be grounded until they learn the lesson that children should be seen and not heard.

His facts on the border aren't complete. While it is true that fentanyl comes across the southern border, it's nowhere near 90%. Maybe 90% of what is SEIZED, but that's a tiny fraction of what gets into the country. Also, all the pills that come through the border do so in freight or passenger vehicles that get through inspection stations. NONE of it is coming through the open desert. Don't trust morons to tell you the truth. Find it yourself.

The majority are hired by Republican owned businesses like oil, fracking, Agriculture, and construction. Very few walk across the border. This isn't the 1800s. They make it difficult to renew their visas or get citizenship after their first year, so then they work under the radar. The Republican owned businesses don't pay taxes, benefits, or living wages to them, but illegal immigrants are still grateful because much of latin America has such poor wages. This is an exploitation issue and most Republicans have no idea what's really happening, or perhaps they don't care.

biblical has nothing with this, and the moment you bring religion into the logic of politics, youre no longer sincere. You are then advocating as someone who possibly talks to a cosmic space zombie for guidance on the real issues we face on earth. And if your source for ideas in an idea from 2000 years ago, please step off the podium. Each has its place, religion belongs in churches. Logic and science belongs in congress/house.

People conflate the Constitution to the Southern Democrates and their stating that the black slaves were considered 2/3 of a person for the Southern slave owners. Non of what the person said was, never, in the original US Constitution.

I believe it was 3/5, not 2/3, and the other irony of the whole thing is that it was the slave-owners arguing that slaves should be counted as a full person (for purposes of determining population-based representation in the federal government) and it was non-slave-owners arguing that slaves shouldn't be counted at all for that purpose.

Yes, and skin color was never mentioned there, it was merely stating how much of a right a slave had. And of course people could make it all about racism.

@@dark3031 Well almost; I don’t believe the 3/5 compromise ever granted rights to the slaves themselves… it had to do with apportionment of representation in the federal government. So the slave owners wanted the slaves to be counted for representation, but it was the owners, not the slaves, that were able to vote. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. Free(d) men were allowed to vote, but not the slaves.

Ironically, that foolish woman in the last clip was proving that she’s the fascist. She was trying to destroy and cancel Charlie Kirk by saying that if he doesn’t submit to her opinion then he’s a fascist and therefore to be marginalized and canceled. This is precisely what real fascists did in the 20th century; they destroyed those having opposing points of view. She has every right to be delusional, indoctrinated by left-wing neo Marxists, and even to erroneously raise the shield of “science“, falsely thinking that it validates or give substance to what she has to say, but she doesn’t get to cancel others for not following her through her gates of delusion.

In 62. From a generation that didn't lie across the street to protest pollution, whilst arriving at the protest in cars, leaving maccas wrappers and plastic drink bottles at the site.. we cleaned local creeks and tried to leave an area better than we found it. We never wanted to be labelled.. now everyone wants their own label and demands respect for their stunning bravery, without earning any. Modern heroes that private jet around the world in air conditioned luxury and have the hide to lecture the previous generation and berate them for ruining the environment and their lives... everyone's a victim. Poor misguided babies.

the way Charlie talks about fact are simple and straight forward. so does Ben Shapiro. Both of them just use simple facts and logic to break down these unrational radicals. I am 100% support them and recommend anyone who has common sense should stand up with them to fight against all these radical nuts

If you lived in the middle of nowhere or in a private community or anywhere AT ALL, would you take your doors and windows off your house when you go to work? Seriously, what the hell kind of question is that? I live in an area where people are afraid of crime that doesn't exist. I never lock my doors. Locking your doors isn't a measure of how safe an area is, it's a measure of whether or not the contents of your home have value.
