The prosecution lawyer is amazing. It is like she is testifying. Her disinterest in her delivery aggravates the defense. She forces the pace..and tone. She is the tone and the truth. Nice.

@@clblackburn1111 - Yes, she’s extremely calm and reasonable in her tone and overall approach. Her personality is agreeable and not overzealous or aggressive. She’s a credible and professional prosecutor. But, she could be more dramatic at times. After all this was a really horrific murder. However the results were excellent!

The whole Adelson family is going to jail ALL because Dan Markel LOVED HIS CHILDREN !!!

What a brilliant prosecutor. ❤

@@doygazgar - Yes indeed, factually they had a very strong case with overwhelming evidence of motive, based on the divorce. However I’ve seen strong cases lost on theories f reasonable doubt. A unanimous verdict is hard to get and juries are unpredictable. But in this case it did seem like a slam dunk for the prosecution! Good result!

This opening statement by the prosecution was scientifically factual. She told it in order and the evidence, wire taps, motives, explanation of the bump and events afterwards, etc, and with that it scientifically proves not only Charlie but also Donna Adelson are guilty with ZERO DOUBT.

@@Msanabanana1973there is absolutely ZERO proof that she had anything to do with it. Zero. Even the state says that Donna said the bump had to do with her and Charlie. Donna and Charlie. They kept Wendi in the dark completely. Sure she figured it out after the fact, and probably regretted a lot of what she said about her brother in her original police interview, but she didn’t have a hand in having Dan killed. It was her very overbearing mother.

@@Msanabanana1973Donna is the one that set up the tv repair. Donna is the one Best Buy originally called on the day of the murder to set the time up. Donna called or texted Wendi to let her know they were coming. Wendi even said she thought they called her mom because it was bought on her best buy account. Wendi didn’t do it. Didn’t set it up and didn’t know.

Try watching it with no audio, it’s fantastic. You see the prosecutions strength even more. Basically saying right in their faces that there was no connection or motive between the killers and Dan Markel. Wendi whined to her mom and Charlie about Dan. Charlie’s ex girl Katie conspired with Charlie, Donna and Wendi. Wendi knew Dans schedule for that Fri. She also knew Jeff’s. How in the world she’s not behind bars is astonishing. But then she a very smart person. Question is, will Charlie spend the rest of his life in prison for Wendi? Afterall, this was all for Wendi’s benefit.

We know what happened but you need evidence to prove it in a courtroom! That’s the challenge. Obviously the divorce and custody provided a credible motive for Wendi and family.

The great news is Florida State Prison has its own Inmate Dentistry.

The thought of how afraid Dan must have been after being shot. He must have been in agony and fearful for his 2 little sons. Wendi initiated all of this and she needs to be held accountable.

It was his mother. Not Wendi! If anyone listened to the trial or has been following this case from the beginning, you’d know that their mother was more than overbearing and she was relentless in putting herself in Wendi’s business and personal life trying to control it thru her son, the defendant.
