Charlie Adelson's Ex-Lover Testifies in FSU Law Professor Murder Trial

Ойын-сауық

In the long-awaited hitman conspiracy murder trial of Charlie Adelson, convicted conspirator Katherine Magbanua took the stand on Monday. Magbanua is currently serving a life sentence for her involvement in the 2014 murder of Dan Markel. Katherine remained cooperative with the court, as she revealed to have lied in her 2022 testimony and stated the homicide was “Charlie’s idea." Adelson is accused of being the mastermind behind the heinous killing and could face life behind bars along with Magbanua if found guilty.

I would encourage you to listen to all of the interrogation tapes of Wendi's ex-boyfriend she had after the divorce leading right up to the murder. He's a very smart guy and spills the beans on Wendi's narcisitic behaviour and Charlie's crazy statements. He explains the absolute hatred the Adelson's family had for Dan Markel. His testimony will be huge when the DA goes after Wendi and Donna.

Agree 💯! This Defense Team truly was the final nail in the coming for Charlie & Donna Adelson by backing them in a corner with an unbelievable story! It's almost as if Charlie was totally unaware how a charge of conspiracy to murder proceeds & the proof needed to convict all involved. Each & every Denfendant, including the uninvited co-conspirators in the murder of Dan Markel might as well have pulled the trigger themselves & that's how they will b treated once convicted. Roshbaum is just "paying his bills" with this case & again "taking care of business" by taking on Donna's Case after a clear L in Charlie's case. It's almost as if Rashbaum & his team r delusional thinking they had a solid defense - a fool & his team will carry on as long as there's $$$ at the end of each case! If it was just Charlie I believe she would have taken the deal. The more he asks about her lies the more the jury gets to hear I lied to try and save myself. He is beating a dead horse at this point. So many things in this case make no sense. 1) Why would Charlie's girlfriend at the time ever do this to his sister's husband without Charlie's involvement? She would have NO motive whatsoever. 2) Why would Charlie without any influence whatsoever, choose to risk his entire life to help his sister have an easier time with her custody battle? None of these pieces are fitting together without BOTH Charlie and Wendi being involved. If Wendi was distraught and coerced her brother into helping her to find people to kill her ex, now THAT would make some sense. Wendi covered her tracks well, leaving her brother to hang.

I just ran into an article from 2016 which documented that there’s a “shrine-like” area of the Adelson's house - more like a hallway - dedicated almost entirely to pictures of her since she was a kid. Based on the source who visited their home, _“Wendi gloated about the [shrine area] as if it was a special thing. But it was much more eerie than special. [While we were with the family], the focus on Wendi as special was palpable.”_ Unless one of them talk, we will never know the real story behind this all. To me, it looks like now though, they nourished a viper in their bosoms. She basically threw them all to the wolves with her original statements when interrogated by the police.

This defense attorney comes off like a little jerk. He’s not doing his client any favors.

Yeah, he sounds just like his client. It's amazing how similar they are with their arrogance and snarky mannerisms.

Talking to this woman like she’s a dog isn’t helping this lawyer any! This woman had a deadbeat husband and this family preyed on her ignorance and desperation to use her! You don’t think they promised her she wouldn’t get in trouble or lawyers or whatever to get her to get them a hit man. She’s still a human being it doesn’t cost anything to treat her like one.
