@@alimarie67 I never said she was a psychopath. I never said that I could tell anything by her face alone. I simply said that that is the face of someone who has never been held accountable for her actions. There are many pieces of evidence attesting to that impression.

@@letolethe3344 … I understand. She does have a prissy face, and probably has NEVER been held accountable. She really thinks she’s outsmarted everyone. But just like the face of Ted Bundy, women fell for his sweet looking face. That’s how psychopaths get away with murder. What I mean is people can’t judge a book by its cover. The same with faces.

It's incredible how she smiles and seems to find humor in a murder trial. That innocent act isn't fooling anyone. She'll be the next one to go down just like her mother and brother did. She's involved and they will get her eventually.

Wendi is convinced the State of Florida will never arrest her. In the wake of Donna’s arrest, I truly believe Wendi’s time is finally coming. Also, very telling to see that whenever she doesn’t want to admit something that may incriminate her, she conveniently can’t remember. She does this consistently. I also counted at least 5 lies.

I'm comparing her answers to the same questions asked in all 3 trials. I have noticed even more that she rarely says yes or no. She says things like, "that sounds right", or "that's not likely", and of course "I don't remember"

She doesn't just say yes or no when examined by the prosecution. She only says yes or no when examined by mostly Charlies defence... What she's doing is mirroring. She does a lot of mirroring and a lot of hypnosis-enducing type behaviour. She thinks she's hypnotic but really she's grotesque. As for the prosecution of Wendi... Look, Donna didn't come for Charlie either did Harvey they both ditched him at trial. Wendi didn't just ditch him she threw him right under the bus both to Lacasse and to police and others, watch Charlie's face as these facts are made clear in his trial lol I'm 99% positive this all indicates that Charlie Adelson will make a deal with the state to give up Wendi as the mastermind. This may be his only way out of prison. I actually believe he will testify against his mother and Wendi because Donna only has a short life expectancy really so he won't care too much to throw her under the bus and as for his testimony in both cases he'll get a reduced penalty most likely he'll serve 15 years. After all, Rivera only got an extra 5 years added to his sentence he was already serving and he was a crucial part of the hit, he was there when Dan Markel was fatally injured he drove the car so whilst the funding of the murder is more important as without it there is no murder for the state they'd love to wrap this up with some brilliant evidence to give us all a big smile and I believe that's the ticket they want. Charlie loves himself, there's just no way hes going to throw away any chance of sleeping with some shiela or living his Maestro lifestyle on the outside he just isn't going to throw away the chance even of 1 day of freedom so even if he gets a 30 year non parole period he'll still have 20-30 years of freedom if he gives up Wendi even just Wendi without Donna I believe he'll do that. Once Donna got arrested all those 30+ hours a week of calls between Charlie and her will be widdled down to a few letters a week if even that's allowed considering they're probably restricted from speaking now so those family ties will evaportate. Wendi wouldn't be visiting him, she's too scared they will arrest her and keep her behind the bars lol so the connection between Charlie and Wendi is evaporating also & this was only done to benefit her lol there's no way a narcissist like Charlie wouldn't try to first defend his case thinking he's the BS master but now that's done he's not finished he's not going to throw it all away for this bucket of wet Sorghum with her fake blue eyes and her continuous lies and fabrications.

@BendoKing my God... Let's take what you said apart piece by piece... 1) Charlie's best case scenario is a reduction to Life with the possibility...and that choice will eliminate forever his chance at the unlikely event of a higher court overturning his conviction. 2) if he flips on Wendi he also flips on his mother? 3) he is so narcissistic he actually believes he was wronged by the system because his ridiculous story at trial was quickly dismissed in 4 hours. 4) you expand on an uninformed premise that is so unlikely because you believe it could happen...kind of like Charlie believing whatever pops into his brain

It’s petty, but when asked by the judge the spelling of the belittling nickname she gave Dan, (he asked if it was “jibbers” or “gibbers”) she said she’d never spelled out it out, but that those could be ways to spell it. The lawyer asked “Did you have Dan’s name in your phone as J-i-b-b-e-r-s.” and Wendy responded “yes.” She was also asked if she knew Katherine, and she indicated not very well, but recalled going to the beach with her once. She was shown a photo of that time, and confirmed that the person in the photo, “that is Katie.” Who short names or nicknames someone they don’t know? Seems like something the jury could see through, along with the many other things in her testimony.

In a perfect world, that would be great, but unfortunately, I'm sure Wendi has set up custody already. Probably the reason why she's moving to Texas. Makes sense that the kids will be with her family who lives there. It would be a smooth transition for the boys when she's arrested. Someone must have talked her into it. It certainly wasn't her idea. Also, horrible thing is that the state of Texas doesn't have grandparent rights for visitation. Another "in your face" to the Markels, courtesy of Wendi Adelson.

Then it was thrown in her face she spelled it in emails and had Dan listed as Jibbers in her phone. If you lie about something so small, you likely lie about BIG things. She clearly knew about this - drive by for no reason and 5 miles longer, in addition to the heavy chest breathing when she was asked a question she had to lie about, the practiced smug look, sarcastic answers, tilting of the head, heavy fast blinking ...all lead instigative professionals to keep investigating her, and thankfully, they are!. I just don't see that happening. Her family will swear to their dying day she knew nothing about it. They will say that Charlie took 100% initiative on his own and never told her because he knew she would talk him out of it (or something like that). She didn't pay for it, she had no contact with the killers, there's no shred of anything to even hint she knew beforehand. If the DA tries to claim she dropped hints or professed misery constantly in hopes Charlie would act, that's not a crime. it was not reckless disregard, for instance, of what might happen, because no one expects your local periodontist to be a killer. And yes, I know she conspired, her activities that day were too well orchestrated, my point is she's too slick and her family too loyal for her to ever be convicted of anything. I hope I'm wrong. But juries can't vote to convict just because they know it in their bones, or she makes their skin crawl, there has to be some evidence. I'm not sure the DA could even get an indictment, she's that good. I hope the boys never figure it out, just knowing your uncle killed your father must be traumatic enough.

40:38 “that morning I think they (he kids) were at Danny’s house.” This is a smoking gun. Again. If you pretend no memory of who your kids were with the morning of their father’s murder - it’s not believable at all. I mean her limited recall would make sense if it was a nothing day from years ago - but it is a murder day. You would never ever forget these details. She’s not credible at all. And if you aren’t credible, you aren’t innocent.

There's a difference, what she said was in response to how it's spelled and she stated it can be spelled with a j or a g but with no certainty. Just because she spells it a certain way doesn't mean that's accurate. Like Luis spelling his name Lius... you guys are really trying it with wendy. I don't think you all have common sense. It's not what you know but what you can prove. 👩🏾‍⚖

My opinion........Wendi had to have known what was going to happen. She was the one who knew Danny's schedule and relayed that on to Charlie/Donna who then alerted Katie who then advised the murderer
