This prosecutor puts me sleep in no time😊. Her voice is so calming in the midst of this horrific crime.

This man needs complete justice. His kids deserve their dad’s name. His parents deserve to have the kids in their lives. What a tragic mess. I just really hope true justice is served to all who had a hand or knew about this before or after or tried to cover it up. Wendi I hope your kids grow up and know what a monster you and your family are and the reason they are fatherless is you.

Totally agree! She’s ruthless for changing their last name! That is vindictive and malicious. I hope her kids truly realize the truth of these monsters. Nine and 1/2 years now (Jan 2024) and Wendi is still a free woman living her life. Please, get that Monster in prison.

The entire Adelson need to be behind bars! This should not have happened. Wendi is the root of this tragic event. She and her family need to pay. Her children will eventually find out they murdered their dad becuz mommy didn’t get her way! The audacity of people who have money and think they’re entitled to get and do whatever they want! I live in MI. The jurors here have ear in-depth questions. One of my jobs involved testifying and they be serious! But that a good thing. That shows they are paying attention to what’s being said.

Another senseless tragedy that could have be avoided. The killer is an evil impersonating a human being. I am so sorry that the professor’s had to lose his life in a such cruel manner.

I wish the camera man would pan out so we can see the evidence photos and see if the shooter Sigfriedo is watching the photos and how he reacts to seeing the results of what he did. Magbanua might be looking too to see what she helped orchestrate and profited from. My hope is they nail all of the Adelson's but it seems their money has bought Garcia and Magbanua's silence. My thought is Garcia accepted his life sentence to also give Magbanua a chance to be freed to care for their kids. I have to add the stupidity of Wendi Adelson changing her son's names to her last name for their safety, umm you are just as well known as the Markel name so how exactly is taking your last name providing anonymity or safety?? Besides the mad gunman YOU and your family hired isn't going after your kids he already did the job you paid for and now your kids get to grow up wondering about their mother having their father killed. He filed motions in court, you filed murder warrant on your children's father... Children aren't possessions. With any luck they'll convict or the kids will grow to hate what you've caused.

If Donna Adelson were compelled to testify, she would receive some degree of immunity against future prosecution on whatever she was questioned about on the stand…It’s fairly clear the strategy would be to not compromise any charges they develop against her if she is ever tried... Remember, all the emails she wrote to Wendi, her recorded phone conversations with Charlie Adelson, as well as the bump footage, have all been submitted as evidence and are all on record!

I think it's because both men denied being the shooter. So they wanted to use the trajectory of the bullet to determine the height of the shooter. Remember Sig is over 6ft tall and Luis is 5'4"

I have never seen a judge ask if the jury has a question for the witness, is this something that is unique to criminal trials v civil or to Florida law?

Check out the jurors questions in the Arias trial in Arizona, they had a lot of them, and some were really good.

Garcia’s attys are grasping so badly it’s embarrassing w the pathologist and the bus driver. Trajectory tools if used would show what? That their client is too tall to have shot the gun to hit Dan Markel at the level he was shot? To expect the bus driver to have the tools like the FBI that could assist him in identifying a tattoo?, logo on a shirt? I already testified that the resolution was not that great.

Dr. Clark is not qualified. He needs a couple more post-doc fellowships. Just joking. I'm a doctor. Another doctor and I used to joke about a guy who got 2 doctor degrees. We called him Doctor Doctor. I did crisis intervention in a state prison system, ordering psych meds for inmates, male or female, who had psychotic breakdowns.
