That point about “diverse interests” sounds like that dril tweet, “drunk driving may kill a lot of people, but it also helps a lot of people get to work on time, so it;s impossible to say if its bad or not,”

I remember watching every relevant episode until 400. Bringing back Esptein/GLADIO talk from last year's August and Matt still being epsteinbrained, Buttigieg being a CIA/USAID spook, shitting on Warren, exposing Bloomberg's incredibly shady campaign, Amber being Amber, TrueAnon doing a LIVE crossover and Brace talking about sexually abused dogs who killed a woman in San Francisco, completely butchering the Solidarity Forever song... Good times, good times. Now I have like 50 Cushtalks to catch up on.

Crazy idea, how about a mixed economy like the kind that already exists in most places? Free market principles with regulatory agencies that encourage fair competition and prevent exploitation of workers? The idealogical arguments that advocate going for a completely socialist or completely capitalist economy are always just political speeches. It isn't like Germany doesn't have capitalism at all.

Do i hope he wins? I guess, I'd rather have him than trump. but there's no chance i'm getting all worked up about it either way. You chose this path. You chose to isolate the bernie fans. This is your cross to bear. also re: tulsi- is biden now a russian asset? because when she was supporting bernie all I heard was that she was controlled by the russians. and she endorsed biden, so that must mean that biden is a russian asset- right? she's such a shining example of how fucking stupid that line of thinking is

Your argument was that you don't win in politics by expecting that the other side is going to be reasonable when the other side is openly showing that they have no intention to be reasonable, he just turned that into an argument about being willing to compromise. Like yeah, tell that to fucking Mitch McConnell.

The modern Republican partys seems custom-built to refute West Wing Liberalism and its focus on grand intentions and bargains and compromise. As the Chapo boys said of the show, Donald Trump couldn't be cast on the West Wing because he'd be a 'strawman of conservatives'. Except he's the President of the United States, and a political view that can't explain why somebody is in the most powerful and dangerous office in human civilization is a crap-awful philosophy.

So, both 'parties' are goddamn garbage? the left and the right are both run by and owned by the people who own us. They trot out real, actual humans(tm) who articulate our rage and they just turn around and stab us in both fucking eyes when they are given the position to do so. Or if they are really on the "fast track" they even speak "truth to power" all super hard , for us, the little people! So then, my vote is (gasp)! An illusion? Or maybe if I just vote ssuuuper hard for a long long time, things will change! Yeah. Yeah. Maybe it'll take like 30 years or so, but yeah sure, things will get better. The second one sounds totally reasonable and sane. That's a comforting little delusion. I'll take it!!! Fuuuuuuuuuuck.

I like how shitty a candidate Biden is, yet, Trump is drastically worse, as he enabled the open unmitigated spread of the pandemic. That's the only reason why I voted this year.
