Apartheid was one of the most complex systems of discrimination in modern human history, if that research went into developing the country for better for all.

The saddest part is that his records where lost over the years so when my family tried to get him VA benefits it took them years to get barely anything.

She lives through the Great Depression, graduated high school at 16 and joined a shoe factory to support her family. She was voted “most likely to become president” in her class but she had to give up her dreams of going to college because her family was so poor. She is hardline anti-trump, and has voted progressive in every election since she turned 18. I really, really wish every old person was like her.
