When she says romanticize your life it's simply saying to look at yours in the eyes of a lovers, see yourself and treat yourself the way you would someone who you find beautiful and amazing. You know when you meet someone and your just like gosh this person is so amazing and the way you feel when they compliment you, shift your mind to feel that love for yourself. ❤

I always feel like I'm in my thirties, and I'm going to be 60 in Nov, so I'm always saying I'm getting younger! And I feel young and keep a young spirit! I always sing and dance to music while making dinner or just a great song, and if my back starts aching I'll just say it's okay back just get into the flow you're okay, I am are strong! I think she is probably right about looking better by affirming to yourself that you look better. I became somewhat of a fanatic with working out since I started 23 months ago because it was to overcome my physical disability. I noticed that whenever I started thinking "Wow, I'm so big now, my muscles are huge", my muscle growth skyrocketed. There was also a study done that found when you gave people placebo but told them it was steroids, their muscle growth was 20% faster. It makes sense to me that even your face and skin could respond in the same way. Perception has a huge influence on biology.

Spiritual practice makes me glow from within and it’s not just how I know myself by the way that I feel but also confirmed by others commenting on my glow. When I always do the same skin routines, eat the same diet/ exercise routines etc I know the only difference is how regular I am with doing the inner work like calming the mind, daily gratitude practice, being mindful of the content I consume, people I spend time with, spiritual study etc. In the past I worked with a lot of models and even celebrities. Outer beauty re gene lottery winners fade with time. Not being a kind person or at peace with yourself definitely affects your beauty. I’ve seen it. When you look at a photo of a woman who is deemed so beautiful by hundreds of thousands of people and then you meet them in the flesh and they’re so haughty and self conscious, you understand that real beauty really is deeper than the skin. Being happy and healthy mind body soul radiates true everlasting beauty, as evidenced by you Heather! And so it is! 💚 sending love to all those who are still struggling in this judgemental consumer focused society we incarnated in. You can find your way back to your true beautiful self it just takes some work and commitment 💪🏼🥰

This really does work! Back in my 20s (now I'm in my 40s) I felt so ugly that I actually wanted to commit suicide. I had people say I'm ugly including a little kid! I started visualising, affirming the beauty of others and listened to various affirmations and meditations on beauty. Now I recieve compliments and it feels so normal. This change happened gradually over the years and I want regular with my practice, but consistent! We deserve to look and feel beautiful and shine😁🌞🔆❤️

My father, God rest his soul, Taught me how to manifest anything when I was a young girl. I have been doing many similar things that you have said in your video all my life. My father kind of drilled into me that I was beautiful, that I was gorgeous. He made me believe that at no one‘s words could hurt my heart no matter how mean they were just manifesting that no one could hurt me, manifesting that I was beautiful, manifesting Where I wanted to live. I even manifested traveling to Italy and I did it!!! Manifestation is very underrated. You can literally change everything. We have more power then we think. It just comes down to BELIEVING in It! Wow what an amazing dad!

I don't know if any of you have gone through this, but back in 2020 during the pandemic I somehow convinced myself that even if I only did 10 to 20 minutes of any workout a day I would get toned super quickly and it worked so well that it got to the point where even now my best friend always points out that I "lose weight and tone up so quickly" whenever we talk about exercise or any form of movement. Lately I've started descrediting this idea a little bit and I feel like because I don't fully believe in it like I did before, it doesn't "work" as quickly as it did previously, but it goes to show that it works like crazy when you believe in something and program your mind in any sort of way

Yes I had a similar experience. I suppose we were so out of normality at that stage that normal could be re- shaped so much easier. Nothing's changed! We just have to work a bit harder to get into the mouldable mindset now :)

I’ve practiced this before without knowing, and it was like magic. When I was in middle school and high school, I always believed myself to be unattractive and timid. I remember very clearly, I used to sit in the bathroom (on multiple occasions) and visualize and say to myself how beautiful I was, and how many people found me attractive, so attractive I became popular. I used to write fake letters from people to myself complimenting my appearance. Now, I’m 30 and feel beautiful and receive compliments as I had imagined when I was a little girl. As I was listening to you, the premise for "I Feel Pretty" (the Amy Schumer movie) came to mind-- I've definitely needed to practice daily to continue to monitor and shift my perceptions about myself and the Universe in which I find myself. But to start by looking at myself and not immediately going for a barrage of all of the ways in which I feel I'm coming up short, I could do an "WOW! I look like this? How did I get to be so fortunate?!! I'm a human in this form and what a wild trip it is I'm on!" I always appreciate your perspective on things, especially to do with modern energy work, manifesting and monetization. I have a day job that is one that isn't glamorous but is important (medical biller) and I'm grateful to have realized that I can explore all kinds of metaphysical avenues and share what feels important without monetizing it. I don't need to brand myself as anything! Thank you for this always-timely reminder that I am enough, as is. And the more I take care of my whole self, the better I will feel.

😂😂😂😂GIRRRRL it was the hand gestures & facial expressions for me. i injoyed this video so much & it’s confirmation, as i’ve been reinventing mycellf since 2018, to embody the goddess. i’m still a work in progress, as i had revamped my outside. then, aligned with my twin flame & that journey took me thru the ringer & banged me up pretty bad, during my dark night of the soul. IT’S ALL LOVE THO, my twin flame & i are separated in the 3d, but the good thing is both of our abandonment wounds got uprooted, during the trigger stage & now we’re both working on the next level of our ascension. i’m currently cleaning up the wreckage on my face & body & SO, the piece about re.writing what i say, to the parts of mycellf i find unattractive, i’m definitely gonna practice this & rev up my cellf love more, during my bathing ritual & cellf care time. i had found confidence in accepting mycellf as is, during another healing process & found my worth, intrinsically, but as i’ve gotten into middle age, although i had always looked 15 yrs younger than my age, after my dark night of the soul, not so much. so, i’ll keep talking to my body, which i’ve been doing for many years, but THANK YOU, i’m gonna add the massage & affirmations, along with the tapping, as i YES, encode these new cellf love affirmations into my dna & rewrite this new vision i see for mycellf. i feel 25 but i’ve been working to get my radiance & glow back in my eyes the last couple months, with little success. so, THANK YOU goddess!!! this video was so next level & funny. at the end when you were saying we’re magical, my aura actually took a hit & i physically received it, vibrationally, when you threw it out there. i was like YASSSSS LOL.🙏🏽❤️💛💚✌🏽
