Shift your perspective - shift your perspective of where you are currently. Be thankful for the current environment or circumstances that it led you to evolve. 3. Complete all unfinished tasks; close all loops. Get those “to-do” tasks done. You’re making space for the new. Taking action and moving in the path of DOING, will quantum shift you. 4. Speak your truth. Is there something that is needed to be said? A conversation that needs to be had? A truth you need to share? Speak it and share it. 5. Change your environment- move locations. If stagnant or stuck in space, move. You can always move back.

Realizing how jaded I am. I just want to quantum jump to a reality where people aren’t a$$es. Went to the gym and grown adults were clumped up in the hall and wouldn’t move so I could walk by. And he’s doing the right things - being famous can destroy you. Best to get those ego feelings sorted out via a boxing match or physical fitness regime. He’s doing the right things to keep the demons away. ( and yes they do exist. Go ask any Catholic priest privately. )

Even if you can't change location right away, just make any small change, such as move your bed. Perhaps your head was previously pointing north in the northern hemisphere and now that it's changed you are sleeping much better and have more energy to take on those unfinished tasks. You could take a different way home from work, try a new creative activity, use your intuition to think of something that could shift you to a different and possibly higher perspective.

I consider myself an experienced quantum leaper, have changed my reality many times but right now I´m in the middle of the biggest shift however things are completely stuck! I go from full gratitude and joy to feeling depressed and anxious. I know that everything will work out in the end,, because I wouldn`t have created this if I was not ready. However today I feel the energy is so dense and heavy within me and the collective! Breathing to feel lighter!

My theory: the waves of revisiting depression and anxiety (and your awareness!) are clear indicators that this next shift will be hugely significant in areas where those feelings have been mainstays - particularly on an unconscious level. They bob to the surface now so you can wave goodbye to those particular, perhaps previously subtle, pinpoints of depression and anxiety forever. New life! 🎉

Thank you Heather you are Goddess ❤ Closing loops is the thing for me. If i have lots of resistance to something, its very difficult to start. And once ive started and finished with that task, i feel SO MUCH RELIEF and like i have freed up some space for new manifestations to come.

I definitely agree with moving! Not even that far away either.. when I feel really down or depressed, stagnant, etc, I get up and move. I often will get in the car and go somewhere, even if it's pretty close by, and I will go find somewhere to hike. Moving and being outside helps tremendously. It's almost like re-grounding yourself.

I like this video a lot! 🤗 I have made some HUGE shifts in the last 6months - new province/state, lifestyle, work, home goods...the undeserving part still comes up a lot especially when I want to get the things done! I seem to feel guilty to be abundance when those around me are not...I am ready for the distortions to be complete, now. Forever. So it is, so it is, so it is. Your process and expression has taught me that goddess embodiment, grants permission slips. Now, I get to do that too! 💗😘
