Celebrating an anniversary of the closure of Chalk Farm garage, November 5th 2023 saw historic buses - RTs, RTLs, RTWs, Routemasters, a Daimler Fleetline, and others, operating some of the routes that used to be operated out of Chalk Farm garage. Notably route 24, 68, 139 , 31 and others, on a mostly sunny day.
This short video starts, appropriately enough, at Chalk Farm Northern Line station, and progresses via Camden Lock to Waterloo, whence we cross Waterloo Bridge on RT1702 with views of the Thames and St. Paul's Cathedral, before finishing our journey at Camden Town.
