I could explain in a long message but the best rational reasoning that I have heard is on this guys channel (3 of 7 project) a very good channel. Guy is a Navy Seal, and used to do security detail assisting secret service agents and he explained the situation very well....pretty much saying that they cant be offensive that they're strictly "Reactionary" and cant make first move or shoot, respond, etc. Unless attacked first...

Police and secret service was notified a few mines before shots were fired at Trump. Either they didn't do their job or they were to slow to respond.

Shooter carried the rifle with him on a roof top near by outside of the venue. Witness tried several times telling local PD and SS he was up there bear crawling sneaking around. They didn't investigate. Swat sniper team from an adjacent building killed the shooter once his position was exposed.

The way it’s set up, I think the buildings are behind where the bleachers were set up. This isn’t far from me and these are fairgrounds that hold big events.

He didn't say the shooter was by the bleachers. He said the shots came from behind the bleachers (as in direction, not as in proximity).

I am starting to be suspicious of the man answering the questions!! He is spending too much time answering the reporters question to where it sounds like they are already starting to craft a narrative that it was a mass shooting at a Trump rally and not an assassination attempt.

The absolute poise of the people in the audience is incredible to me. If it was any other rally, they’d be stampeding over each other to get out of there. Especially after the realization that it was not fireworks.
