the reward's not about bromance or friendship, it's about how you develop when you strive for a goal. The reward was the experience of the journey to the reward. Hence why the first guy was solo.

At first I thought "They both didn't need to go" but then I realised both were too stubborn to let go of their half, so they agreed to go on the journey together, although reluctantly, through time they got to know each other better and the blonde guy felt betrayed when he saw his friend gave up his part because he was drunk. The other guy felt guilty and went after his friend helping him when he was down, they then continued their search and found that at the end there was no treasure but in fact their prize was each other and the friendship they had forged through disagreement, reluctantcy, forgiveness, and adventure.

I teared up when he threw the pieces of the map on the floor and walked away crying. It wasn't even about the treasure at that point, he truly thought he'd lost a friend. Very touching storytelling :)

I screamed when red haired dude saved blond dude and cried when blond dude teared up it was beautiful.

By far the best short film I've ever seen, and in many ways, easily better than most actual movies that have come out in the last twenty years. Still holds a space in my favorites and always will.

a mixture of smooth animation, gore, awesome music, a nuclear high five, and a Wilhelm scream? *slams fist on table then flips it* *I LOVE IT!!!!!*

Rewatching this in 2023 still makes my heart cry, 7:45 is the best work of art I've ever seen.

This was premium quality. The slight choppynes just somehow made everything come together. The voice acting, the characters, the unspoken storyline was so perfectly shown that it didn't even need explaining. 10/10

really really good! you guys managed the montages in a very good way and were able to add scenes of substance! The story felt really fleshed out :D congrats!

This is amazing! I've watched this animation 4 or 5 times now, and each time is just as magical as the first! It's inspiring. The art style is unique, as well as the characters. This could not get any better.

LOVE it, it was like a Road to El Dorado 2.0, and was well drawn. I know that a lot of people will think that the two characters were gay, but sincerely, me and my best friend would do that, and we aren't gay. just because two friends are close and are the same gender does not mean they swing that way. #TulioxChel

I've watched this maybe 10x and seen a lot of other creations from your students and this has to be the greatest animation that has come out of your studio.

This really motivates to work together =) Great movie with a great moral.
