It is unbelievable that those responsible were acquitted. If you examine the circumstances of this tragedy in more detail, it is difficult to explain why the film team acted so negligently. Security concerns apparently did not play a major role. Morrow was supposed to be in front of the backdrop of a Vietnamese Village with both children in his arms crossed an artificial river, being chased by a US helicopter, while pyrotechnic effects created explosions to simulate artillery fire on the village. The helicopter flew very low (only at 8 meters) and was hit by explosions that destroyed the tail rotor and caused the chopper to spin uncontrollably. He and both child actors were killed. That could have been prevented.

If they wouldn't have pulled it out and got him help. Some Doctors said he might've lived if they didn't pull it out. Rule 1 if ever impaled, do not pull it out. It could be keeping a major bleed out from happening. The crazy thing, everyone one's instincts is to pull it out. If you get shot or stabbed, plug it with your finger or pack it! Hurts like hell but slows the bleeding.

Reportedly, the policemen found him naked, covered in vaseline and cocaine and chasing some hookers while swinging a baseball bat. Was not poisoned. He was already suffering from an inflamed appendix, and the punch made it worse because he didn't have time to prepare to take the punch.

The Irony of Yelchin death, the recall notice for the car that crushed him came in the mail a few days after he died.

One death that haunted me was Canadian folk singer Stan Rogers who died along other passengers when a plane caught on fire from the inside. When the plane landed in emergency the sudden rush of air created a lot of smoke and people couldn't see anything so they died of asphyxiation. It was due to this tragedy that they would later add lights on the floor to guide people out of the plane. Stan was about to become a pretty big folk singer in Canada and probably would've made a break beyond the country's borders. He could've been as popular as Joni Mitchell, Gordon Lightfoot or even Neil Young who are now Canadian folk legends, but we'll never know.

Yeah, the rumor is that Wagner killed Natalie out of jealously (he knew of her fear of drowning) or something like it and probably paid off the cops to keep it quiet. Walken probably knows everything but kept his mouth shut.

Drug overdose drownings are reasonably common. Whitney Houston, Brian Jones, Matt Perry. Often people drown when they're high or are put into bathtubs to be revived (really common with heroin ODs) & they drown or asphyxiate.

Anton Yelchin joined the 27 Club. Steve Irwin.he would have increased his chance of survival had he NOT pull the barb off of his chest. Later that year, an older man 👴 was stung by a stingray. He did not pull the barb. He continues to live today! 🤯 ➕ the late Michael Hutchence. Death is similar to that of David Carradine. Bo Diaz. He retired. He tried to fix a TV 📺 antenna 📡 but fell off the roof. RIP.

The very first time I saw Steve Erwin on TV. Steve his wife and dog are in a tiny boat looking for crocodiles. Their boat comes under a tree branch out over the water and they stop to look at a snake. The branch breaks Steve's wife is in the water the dog is gone and the snake is biting Steve and he was gently trying to put the snake back in the tree. I was hooked on his show after that.

Some of these are Final Destination level of scary deaths ☠

Steve Irwins passing was more karma and poetic justice with a touch of comic relief.
