2:16, Dominique Dunne. Her boyfriend only served a few years in prison, was allowed to change his name and works at a Seattle restaurant as a chef. Our so called justice system is pure crap.

That was a stunner ! Typical California judicial dysfunction . Now it makes me wonder if this murderer had connections and someone got paid off . A lot of seediness and strangeness goes on in this world that the average person and the general public doesn’t know about . I include myself in the general public . Anyway her stunned, grieving father Dominick went on to pen some of the best , most enjoyable reading romanaclef crime novels ever imho !
Wow quite a moving video. The sadness of the evil of this world...and these are just famous folks. Thousands of other murders could easily be documented. Thanks Steve for your hard work on this.

Craziest part about Stringbeans murder is that the money the robbers were after was found in the chimney of Stringbeans house many years after it had new owners. He notoriously distrusted banks and the people who killed him knew it.
Not sure i'd call Jeffrey Dahmer a 'celebrity; but ok. Well put together. Thank you.

Most of them were killed by either robbers/burglars, obsessive fans, their exes, or worst, their own family members. Very horrible.

Many forget that Haing S. Ngor was the FIRST SOUTHEAST ASIAN to win THE ACADEMY AWARD for his role as BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR in THE KILLING FIELDS. 🙏 I remember reading a newspaper article about his death but kind of forgotten the details. I was shocked when I learned through this video that he was shot. What a senseless murder for such a monumental man.

Exceptionally sad! Nicely and respectfully put together. So many of them have been deceased longer than they were actually alive. That was even sadder for me to watch and think about. There is evil in this world and all around us, we just never know when our number is up. Choosing wisely who you hang around and who you let into your life is what this video teaches us!
This really affected me. So many killed by a spouse, acquaintance, or a random robber? I don't know if it is because I just lost my husband but this is extremely sad to see this many people met their demise in such horrific ways and at such a relatively young age. RIP. ♥️

I found it very tragic to be beaten and stabbed to death in jail at 89 too, I'm guessing he must have done some really bad crimes but still extremely prutal way to go.

I didn't realize that some of them had passed away when I first started watching his videos and some of the stories behind them and they are fascinating like Bobby Driscoll whos buried in a paupers grave and many others who were creamated and were scattered or interred
Some how the music box tune is beautiful yet creepy at the same time. Great video Steve.

Thank you for this video, Steve! The research that you must of put in this video is amazing. I had no idea, there were so many, as we hear of them individually and then move on, there is such a big impact when they are presented together as a group of murdered individuals.

Nancy, does anyone deserve to be murdered, in your opinion? By the way, three of the most prolific writers of the Bible were murderers.
I have often wondered whatever happened to some of these people. They seemed to have dropped completely out of sight. Now, thanks to Steve's video, I realize that many died strange horrific deaths. BTW-the background music adds to the spookiness of their sad deaths.

Dahmer…. Whitey Bulger … not famous… infamous. I remember back in the day, disputes like in a bar, disputes by people who knew each other, were handled with a fist fight. Then you got back up and shook hands and went and had another beer. Now days if you look at someone wrong you better be prepared for them to pull out a gun and kill you.

Nicely put together Steve. RIP to all these people who's life were cut short way too soon. With Carl "Alfalfa" Switzer, the man who shot him stepson told police a different story than what was told by others. He said that his stepfather didn't have to kill Carl, and I always felt like the story with Sam Cooke being shot wasn't how it really happened either. I'm also one of those people that think that George Reeves was murdered also even though it was ruled suicide.

@peaceworld5393, back in the mid-90s rap and hip-hop were becoming mainstream, “BIGGIE” and Tupac were two of the top stars and there’s this whole giant web of deceit and corruption surrounding their deaths, involving music execs, other rappers, some members of LAPD, and gang members. Their deaths sparked one of the biggest gang wars in the past 30 years

The guy who murdered Sal Mineo in a "random robbery" was convicted of that murder and 10 violent robberies. He was sentenced to 51 years in prison. He was released on parole in only 12 years. There... that'll teach him!

It was never confirmed that Bruce Lee was murdered, but there's speculation that he was. I certainly think it's possible. Same for Natalie Wood! Very suspicious.

I was disappointed that the vid included criminals, but then, some criminals attain celebrity status! For Sharon Tate, it should have said, Fatally Stabbed by Mansion Family member Susan Denise Atkins.

2:17 Dominique Dunne was originally considered for a role on NBC's "V": The Series, and a memorial dedication to Miss Dunne appeared at the end of the episode. Also her ex boyfriend/murderer roams free as a cook in LA.

Judith Barsi was the voice actress for Ducky in the first Land Before Time and Ann-Marie in All Dogs go to Heaven. I cry everytime I watch The Land Before Time and though I haven't watched All Dogs go to Heaven I'm sure I would do the same.

Great tribute! You forgot John Whitehead from the R&B duo McFadden and Whitehead, famous for the song "Ain't No Stoppin Us Now." He was 44 when he was killed in 2004. His murder remains unsolved. Also, Michael Jackson's death was ruled a homicide.

Dear Steve, thank you for telling the stories and facts with compassion and respect. This video is the same, with much respect to those who lost their lives in very tragic ways. I started to notice you did not give the names of the person or persons who committed the murders / were responsible for the deaths, until the very last one, Gianni Versace. I re-watched and noticed you also gave the name of the one responsible for the death of Lana Clarkson... just curious why you chose those two?

Hi SB, good question. I went back and forth a lot on that. I didn't mention OJ because he was aquitted of the crime. I only mentioned the others because they were found guilty. I probably should have just left off the names of all the killers.
